Boots are comfy and fit well, only gripe is the fast laces leave a really long loop on the front of the shoes and you can't get the ends out of the little clip, so they're stuck at that length

Really happy
Really happy, I always love this brand but for 5 years I took a break for buy it just because I had a problem with the sole, appear holes in and didn’t been more water proof, but about comfortable shoes are the best!

Online ordering experience
Ordered the shoes on 29/11, only sent on 4/12, which only arrived on the 10/12. I paid £5 for this, which is quite expensive for such a long delivery time. Secondly, using Evri - the box specifically writes signed delivery - this obviously did not happen, the delivery person didn't even ring... I was home.
The shoes were a size too small, had to pay another £5 to return these.
All in all, £10 to try on a pair of shoes...

Missing Order and NO Customer Service
I placed my order (the first time I have ordered from this retailer) on November 26th and it hasn't arrived - I contacted the customer services team twice and no response - so now I am giving this one last try in the hope someone actually contacts me or I will raise a case with my card provider.

My husband and I love palladium boots, we have a lot of them. This one I returned unfortunately… i ordered my usual size but they are too small ! Very disappointing. Quality seems good though.
