They are very unprofessional. The customer service agents do not have information at all. When you call to ask them a question, they mislead you. And then they refuse to refund your money and say it is the customer's responsibility to find that out. Yes, I did my responsibility, but it was the agents who gave me the wrong information. No one listens to you!!! it is not just one-time thing, but it happened several times. SHAME ON YOU paket.se!!!!

Letter picked up at my door in Sweden and delivered to recipient in Spain in 24 hours!

I am so pleased!! They picked up the parcel on a Tuesday and my daughter received it the day after. That is great and so good service!!!

Paket.se (branch of pakke.dk ) came up with extra cost after the item is delivered, claiming that ordering their services I have pressed ''business''instead of ''private'', therefore shipment became more expensive as UPS could deliver the parcel only during business hours.

Question is - if they see ''business'' in my order - why don't they quote as ''business'' in the first place?? If packet.se made a wrong quote to me and have been charged more by UPS - they have to cover the cost by themselves. Instead - they are sending me extra invoices! I will never use them again. God knows what kind of other ''faults in the system'' they have!

They charge me 31.25 SEK extra cost for the shipment, later on they added 68,79 Sek for the late payment as I refuse to pay for their mistakes. I report them to konsumentverket. Its not about the 31.25 SEK - its about getting rid of pretenders, getting rid of fraud companies.

Allways use Paket .se, this christmas I had to "speedsend" a gift to one of my daughters, got the best price with UPS.They picked up the package on the yard wedensday at 14 and delivered in DK to my daughter the following day on her doorstep
Thats cool, PostNord would have twice the price and would ,maybee,deliver after one week! Paket.se should allways be consulted

On time collection. A problem with payment via swish in which they debited my account and didn't process my order. the sum was refunded after I chased it. They forgot to apologise for my inconvenience though.

This worked like a charm in the middle of lockdown in Amsterdam. Had to change the order with only a few days left before pickup but that went perfectly.
They can't be reached by phone outside nominal work hours (and then only just about), but they answer mail swiftly also on weekends.
An order has to be cancelled and re-entered if e.g. number of boxes or weight has to be changed.
Also it would be good if users got hints on what drives cost, so that they can select the optimal alternative.

Horrible service! Paid and booked a 1 day delivery. Due to ” severe weather conditions” they said it will take 5 extrafays!Talked to customer service several times, no one knows or take any responsibility. Will NEVER use again!

Was in a pinch trying to send a package to the US. Paket.se was easy to navigate and Kamila was very helpful when I needed assistance!

Never again!!! They didn't come to pick my package in the agreed time! (I was home all day but noone ringed/called) Was Impossible to reach them so i contacted the sending company: UPS off track and agreed a new time. A week later they sent a bill of additional fee of non correct dimensions. They ignored my appeal without response and keep sending me warnings with additional fees. Overall it cost me a fortune this parcel. Very bad communication and attitude! Avoid them!

Second last times I never got the email confirmations. Error in your system☹️ It used to work better before.

F***ing rip off they try and charge you extra for wrong size and even when you send then proof that the information is correct they still try and rip you off and charge you extra. Do not use this scam of a company!!!
