Paket.se was prompt and efficient and did everything they said they would do. My package arrived two days later, and I appreciate that. They even came and picked my package up at my home and I liked that, too.

Stay away!!!
Never ever make a booking with them, booked UPS through them, 6 moving boxes are missing since August! They blame UPS, UPS say they have a solution but it must go through paket.se as I booked through them. They just say next week have patience, and now you might not get your packages!!!! So I will loose family photos, childrens toys and alot of personal belongings! Stay away!!!

Absolutely avoid - feels like a scam
Absolutely avoid! Months after my package was sent and delivered, I was contacted asking for more money for the package - more than doubling the price of sending it originally. In order to refute that I need to prove the measurements of my package were correct, again months after it was sent.
I think that Paket.se quotes low prices to draw in business and then sends extra invoices afterwards to squeeze more money. And all they do is contact another shipper who handles everything. Just go straight to FedEx or DHL and skip this scam of a company.

My package was picked up 8th of…
My package was picked up 8th of November at around 2pm then it didn’t leave Sweden till it was evening time at 9th November on the way to Madrid, Spain. I would have appreciated if my package had left Sweden on the same day that it was picked up to be able to reach to the recipient on the next day. But my package was being stuck like morethan 24hrs at the export department before the UPS decided to transport it to Madrid, Spain. I was expecting my package will be delivered to the recipient 9th November but it was not, it was 1 day delayed, the recipient received the package Thursday on the 10th November. I think the in charge at UPS should sharpen up and speedy up the delivery as a lot of things could cause of damages like messing up the deadline and can cause extra penalties of demurrage. I used UPS because I thought it was fast delivery. I hope it will get better the delivery time in the future.
