Excellent experience with PAJ GPS. The strap broke tonight on my dad’s watch. It’s crucial he wears it as he has dementia and goes walkabout a lot and we have to go find him. Within minutes of me sending pictures through of the broken watch, they confirmed they would send a replacement out and an email was sent with the details. The watch is brilliant for finding my dad. Very quick at tracking and accurate with location. We have also set alarms and boundaries which alert us when he goes outside them. Great product.

The response from the customer service is very quick and helpful.

I have tried a few different devices and services monitoring my vehicle via GPS, and there really is no comparison. PAJ-GPS is the best. And I’m not just talking about the device, but the customer service you get with the folks at PAJ is top notch. Every single time I have had a question or when I needed to adjust the app to suit my needs, whatever the query, I got first class support, and immediately. This organization sets the bar. Been using them for years and will continue to. And this is the part that really gets me, and you’ll have to see for yourselves to believe it…… they are less expensive than just about every other service. No bs, check it out yiurself, you won’t regret it.

I am using PJA for almost 3 years now first of all it’s a great system to have with real time. No matter where you are in the world as long as you have access to internet you can see your tracking device on line which I really needed that as well as grate support and quick response from supporting groups

The GPS technology is amazing with its ability to track animals to such a high degree of accuracy. Of the devices I have investigated, the PAJ device has been as good as any of the others. It stands out primarily because of the excellent customer service and support functions. They are courteous, helpful, responsive within hours rather than days, willing to help educate the user to various functions, quickly resolving any issues and overall outstanding. Support is very much a part of any product and PAJ is top of the line in that respect.

This is such an excellent company!!! I bought a GPS tracking watch for my daughter as she is coming back from school alone now so knowing her location as wel as being able to voice note each other has brought so much peace of mind. The customer service team have been so kind and helpful throughout and have answered all my questions promptly no matter how big or small. The prices are so reasonable and I am very pleased overall.

The best out there for all tracking devices on vehicles to luggage.
I currently have the vehicle tracker and it's accurate to at least 3 metres.
The app is self explanatory with all bases covered from customisation, what you want to see and settings.

I have six rescue dogs, and three of them came from very tough backgrounds. I believe dogs need freedom to run, explore, and follow their instincts, which is why I decided to use PAJ GPS trackers. The app is easy to use and, even though the battery doesn’t last as long as advertised, it works well for me.

I had a scary situation when my three-legged rescue ran off chasing a rabbit and I discovered my devices were temporarily suspended due to a misunderstanding while switching to a custom discounted plan. I was not informed that the service would be interrupted, which caused a lot of stress. However, PAJ’s customer support was excellent. They quickly contacted their sales rep, Nelson, who approved reactivating my devices right away.

Not only did I get a custom plan with a discount, but I also received real help during an emergency. I work in SaaS myself, so I truly appreciate good customer service. I’m in Mexico and so far the devices have worked just fine.

PAJ GPS watch arrived today. We had a few questions for the team on install...and despite it being late on a Sunday, Lisa was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had. Not only that but the service was very personable, which helps when the reason for purchase is such a sensitive and difficult time for us as a family. Thank you again.
