Should be no stars
Should be no stars. Terrible customer service. Kindle cover developed cracks all over after approx 5 weeks. Was refused a refund or replacement offered less than half the value in vouchers which I didn’t want as to reorder again would mean I’d have to pay more money, plus large cost for postage. Have had to claim the money back via the bank on charge back.
Apparently she will only give a refund 30 days after the order date ….it took 3 weeks to arrive. She thanked me for the feedback and letting her know so that she can make improvements in the future. I’m not here to grow her business, or test drive her product at my expense. Turned out to be an expensive piece of useless plastic
