FRAUD - SCAM
I gave it one star only because there is no zero star. I ordered a shoe storage from them and specifically stayed at home on the day of delivery so I don't miss it. I received a mail saying it had been delivered but there was noting at the door. I went back to check them online but the website didn't go though. I sent series of mail without response. Avoid them, it's a scam

This company should sent updated tracking details.also I'm worried as there tracking number didn't exist now please you gonna have to get action for this shame that if this is legit too many customers want to buy more items , please investigate this matter ASAP not small amount £29 since 15th September should arrive for 2 week if it's french or Spanish company. If I don't get the item should call the authorities to stop them scammers and I will

Hi, I ordered the saucepan set and utensils on the 11th September 25 and paid £29.99 by card. They said they delivered it but hadn't, then they said it was still in transit ! I have emailed them several times with no reply. I want my money back asap !! How do they get off on this ? My husband is taking it further enough is enough.

I ordered shoe storage from this company weeks ago now and still not received it. Yodel stated they delivered to me, which they didn’t, no delivery note in my letterbox or photograph, the tracking number they gave me did not exist. Facile said they would investigate they found tracking number did not exist. They promised me either a replacement or refund. I opted for a refund but I have not received one and they are not replying to my emails now.
Avoid this company. They advertise on Facebook
