Delivered in two times

Delivered in two times, even though the order was one. I had to wait for two more tires to arrive.

I bought 4 tyres from this company and…

I bought 4 tyres from this company and they shipped it very fast. Happy that i have chosen to buy from them. Only one thing it was bad that they use GLS courier who is not really good. I was very disappointed with them that after week wait for them to deliver I have lost patience and went to collect from them my tyres. Apart this its very good company to buy from.

I received tires that show signs use, although they were sold as new. This is very disappointing.

I recently received the tires I ordered, which were advertised and purchased as brand new. Unfortunately, upon inspection, I noticed clear signs of prior use. This is very disappointing, as I specifically expected to receive new, unused tires.

To have this checked quickly, please open a ticket with our after-sales team from your secure customer account (order section) and attach:
- photos of the tread and sidewalls (showing the marks you noticed),
- photos of the DOT codes,
- your order number.

Once our agents review the evidence, they’ll verify whether there is a non-conformity and propose the most appropriate solution (return process if applicable).

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Almost a month and i didnt get my tire. They say that i write a wrong adress, post code and other things, but i write it correct. Trying to get my money back but its sooo complicated. They say thay they already send tire thats why they cant refund, but they dont send it yet! Not recomended! Worst experiance!

To investigate properly, our team will need to check the carrier status and the address data on the order (including whether a parcel was actually handed over to the transport network and what the tracking shows). Every order should have a tracking number, and if something is missing or inconsistent, we can escalate it with the carrier.

If you haven’t already, please open a ticket from your customer account (or contact us via the online contact form/chat) and share your order number. If a delivery ultimately can’t be completed and the parcel is returned to our depot, the reimbursement is processed automatically according to our procedure.

Once you send us the order details via the ticket, we’ll make sure your case is handled as quickly as possible.

Scamers company!!!

Scamers company!!!
They’re deleting reviews and just keep the good ones!
There is plenty of people that they scamed including myself!
They’re lying and giving false information to the customer and don’t want to refund the money!
They trying to say that FedEx got the package but I called to FedEx directly and they gave me information that they just lying and giving false information.
If they return me the money I will delete my review.
