The absolute best frozen fruit

I've been buying Pack'd for around a year now from Ocado and wouldn't buy from anyone else now.

Why other brands think you want to defrost whole strawberries is a mystery to me. They're always mushy on the outside and rock hard in the centre.
Whereas the pre-sliced ones from Pack'd are absolutely perfect. You can just drop them into porridge, ice cream or granola and you get perfectly formed fresh tasting strawberries. Better quality than most fresh supermarket strawberries too these days.

Also love the banana and sweet potato.

Have never had any quality issues and love that their packaging is paper based too so less plastic in the house.

Would highly recommend.

Excellent products, outstanding customer service.

I’ve been using Pack’d for a couple years now and I cannot recommend this company and their products enough. High quality, delicious, organic produce that is thoughtfully packaged with as little impact on the environment as possible. Fantastic! And their customer service is outstanding. My query was both answered and resolved by Katie within a day. I’m honestly so impressed with this company. Absolutely superb.

Wonderful Quality Fruit & Outstanding Customer Care

Absolutely delighted to have discovered Pack’d. I’d lost trust in the quality and value of supermarket fruit and had been searching for something genuinely high‑quality — Pack’d has completely delivered! The fruit is fantastic, especially in smoothies, and the raspberries, strawberries and blueberries are particular favourites.
We recently had a small issue with an order where a couple of items were missing. The customer service team were excellent: they replied immediately, sent out a replacement straight away, and even included an extra bag of fruit as an apology. Really impressed with this company. Highly recommend!

Disappointing when delivered.

I really want to buy organic fruit so am sorry to report that ordering by post doesn't work successfully. I don't know whether the fault lies with DPD or not but despite lots of packaging and dry ice both of my parcels have been defrosted or nearly so. It would be good if more shops stocked a good range of this produce.
Packd replied very quickly to me with an offer to recompense me. They are investigating what went wrong in hopes of improving future deliveries. I hope they find a better way. Very good customer service.

Brilliant customer service

Really incredible customer service - thank you. I had a query regarding my order - my email was was responded to promptly, and I was spoken to and treated like a human the entire time. It was such a pleasant interaction and a nice change not to be talking to an AI chat bot.

My first order with PACK'D. I have absolutely no complaints with the fruits i ordered but i had issues with delivery. I emailed customer support and the issue was picked up immediately and dealt with extremely quickly and professionally by Katie.

3 bags of mouldy broccoli

I ordered 3 bags of broccoli, every single pack 80% of the bag was pure mould which is particularly concerning for me as I have an immune condition and mould allergy. I contacted the company and filled in their form and got a weak response from their technical manager. The company refused to refund me since I had purchased through Ocado and offered a weak 10% discount. I can see from other reviews on here and reviews on ocado that this is a common problem that they have failed to address and this is an absolutely unacceptable quality standard for a premium price. I will switch to the other organic tenderstem broccoli on ocado which I have never had a problem with and won’t trust this company again.

Great quality organic products and fantastic staff

I absolutely love the Pack’d fruit and veg. I’ve bought frozen fruit and veg for years, and out of all the different brands I’ve tried, I have found the quality of Pack’d to be exceptional. I love that it’s all organic, and comes in paper packaging too rather than plastic. I find it’s really good value for organic fruit and veg too, and being frozen it retains the vitamins better than some of the fresh on the shelf. I also recently spoke with Katie to ask a question, and I found the customer service to be absolutely fantastic - so quick to reply, and really helpful. I felt that they really go the extra mile, and I honestly cannot recommend Pack’d highly enough.

Amazing in all aspects

Firstly these are for me the best tasting smoothies available online, the peanut butter ones are to die for, they all just work, I’ve had a few orders from them and DPD basically kept hold of my order to long and the items were perishable, I thought it would be a really long, stressful & drawn out process to get a refund or a new order sent, however this place has the best customer service, they answered my email within that day, maybe the next but quicker than I’d have expected, they told me they’d get another to me and what days was I home to accept the package, so I told them, I thought it may take at least a week to sort out but there was literally I think maybe the boss in catching up on emails ON A SUNDAY when they would usually be closed, who very kindly decided to push my order through so I’d get it really early in the week coming, that’s amazing Customer service & I’m really happy, I also have no idea why this place has 3.8 stars, if you’d tasted their smoothies you’d understand why I say that, I’ve tried many similar style smoothies online but this is my fave by a clear mile.

Pack contained Inedible black rotten brocolli

Brilliant quality, organic smoothies, fruit and veg

Great quality fruit and veg. I had the boost smoothie bundle (15) and additional fruit and veg. Smoothies are delicious, it has really made choosing a healthy option so easy for me. It’s also organic which is really important to me. The cost is not expensive when compared to the waste on buying the actual fruit and veg always with good intentions but not following through! The bags of fruit are also delicious enough to eat in a bowl on their own and the veg is again so easy and everything is fantastic quality. I’m thrilled with this company, I’m using their subscription which is easy to order and use and the delivery is fantastic. Wonderful.

Received £50 of mush!

Items arrived defrosted due to popped dry ice bag contacted customer service over a week ago. No response asked two times since to leave reviews about my experience so here it is the products aren’t cheap so when they arrive in poor state it’s highly frustrating to not receive a response from customer care.

I’ve received a return email now from Customer service an offer of 10% refund or off future order.

I will be returning under the consumer rights act, as once defrosted they can’t be refrozen as the packet states so not fit for purpose.

Would be great if you could supply return address

I’ve since received a further email and received a replacement order and they’ve honoured the 10% off next order.

Found insects in my frozen broccoli, very disappointing

I’m really not happy with my recent experience. I bought one of their frozen products, the organic broccoli, and used it to make a soup. Once the soup was ready, I noticed lots of tiny insects floating in it. I checked the package and found that the broccoli was infested with small black bugs.
I understand that the product is organic, and maybe that explains it to some extent, but since it’s frozen, I expect to be able to use it straight from the bag without having to worry about cleaning it.
What disappointed me even more is that when I contacted the customer service, they didn’t even apologise. They just said they would look into it further and pass it on to a manager, but I never heard back from them. Not even a simple apology.
I am adding this part after reading their response, in which they told me that had replied via email, just adding that no one has contacted me via email, and once again, no one has apologised.
I’m adding this to let you know that I haven’t received any email, not even in the spam folder, but I don’t have any problem receiving other emails, so maybe there’s some error in the information you are entering when writing to me.

I just want to add that the company has been in contact with me, has offered their apologies, and proposed ways to compensate me. They kindly offered to let me try some of their other products so I could see their quality for myself. For the moment, I didn’t feel ready to accept, but I genuinely appreciated the gesture.

Great variety and products

Great variety and products! I find fresh fruit in the supermarket goes off after 2/3 days. PACK'D is not only long lasting, but its Organic range is perfect for me and my little one who consumes PACK'D in every meal. I love watching their range grow!

Sent an Empty box

Order from this company and they sent and empty box of nothing and took my £50 ill be taking them to a small claims court if the issues isn't rectified today. As this is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life.

Mouldy frozen blueberries! ew

Brought a bulk load of their frozen blueberries and am yet to find a pack without a foul tasting mouldy blueberry. Some packets have a handful of mouldy blueberries. AVOID or at least try with caution and do not do what I did when I brought 15 packets.

Delicious Organic Fruit

I order the bundles of organic fruit, the fruit is delicious and incredibly convenient. I don't know what I'd do without it now I'd be lost. Slight issue with something missing in one order, customer service was fantastic and went above and beyond to help straight away. Thank you
