It was my first time buying a ticket from Pacetravel and I was happy with the customer experience. Justine was amusing, patient and experienced went through with me all the airlines on my route and various options including stopover and lay time

My first-time experience with Pace Travels has been great overall. From initial enquiry to issuance of the booking confirmation, Alex remained professional, helpful and attentive to my flight needs as a Client.

While I will be sure to recommend Pace Travels to friends and family, I advise one area for improvement will be the strengthening of communication between the Travel Agency and Customer, to ensure transparency, integrity and visibility during each step of the process.

I am pleased with the service from the Pacetravel. The agent that attend to me Alex was good, he listened and got me good deal. His communication was excellent by calling or texting me for update.
Is my first time of using travel agent and I am pleased with their services His colleague were pleasant too, they all show respect when ever they pick my calls. I recommend Alex to my friend and will use them again.

This Pace travel ain't good at all I was sold false information only to notice once my ticket was book and the transfer waiting was 9hour 50 with no compassion not even loudge stay. At first he told me the waiting if 4 hours but only to find out the waiting is 9 hours and 50minute. I had to sleep on metal bench while thy promised me the airline with provide me with voucher and that was a lie. So pls anyone who wants to book with them don't.unprofesional and not trust worthy at all. I had bad experience travelling with them plus Kenya airways

Nancy was meticulous, approachable and very professional. She paid attention to details and supported all through the booking process. She was never rude and was willing to help , even when my first airline disappointed me, they were quick to provide a better alternative without much ado. My experience with pacetravels was so fantastic. I was looking for a flight to Nigeria. The prices I saw were so expensive, however pacetravels helped me find a price that was 80% cheaper than other airlines.

Alex will ensure that your journey happens whatever it takes. He's very committed to his job and does it in a professional manner. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that he could not get me the direct flight to JNB, otherwise I would use PACE Travels over and over.
