Iv ordered quite a lot of stuff off plouise but lately they keep getting my orders wrong then they try to argue point when there in wrong ordered again spent £130 loads off stuff missing again they offered me £25 refund even though it will cost me a lot more than that to replace whats missing plouise have become a joke wont be ordering again im done rip off

I ordered the full teddy bear collection for my daughters birthday and all of the boxes arrived ripped and crushed. I was advised that the boxes are “just shipping boxes” and that damage is essentially acceptable. For a £130 order, where presentation clearly forms part of the appeal, this was extremely disappointing 😢

Do not got to the P Louise Academy in Stockport. My partner took my daughter back on December. She was in a traffic que to get in when she was approached by Security saying the parking was full. He told where she should go out side the industrial estate to park on a residential street as the site has parking cameras. She left the site and parked a short distance away and walked back. We have now had a parking fine even though she didn't park up. They have used the same image for the beginning of the supposed offence and the end. In the photo you can see our lights are on as the engine is running and the security guy standing next to our car talking to my partner through the drivers window. A car behind is waiting with their window down to see what the security guy has to say. We have a family tracking app which shows where she actually parked. And the duration of the supposed offence is recorded as 1 min 31 secs. They have rejected our appeal and saying can go to an independent appeal but if we lose that we will have to pay 100 pound instead of 60 pound. Contacted P Louise and they aint interested. Provably get a cut out of all the fines given for sitting in a traffic jam. Absolute joke.

I’m really disappointed, 90% of my professional makeup kit is plouise. I love every other plouise product I have ever ordered however my mother brought me a bunch of products for Christmas and I had too send too back as they were damaged. I emailed customer care and notified them that my off the record pallet was damaged and my a sprinkle of wishes pallet was damaged and sent the items back to be exchanged I received my replacements today and the off the record pallet is the same one I sent back just with a replacement mirror I am so disappointed I’m thinking about just sending it back and getting my money back

I ordered a large quantity of items at Christmas. They never arrived. I had to contact customer services. They then sent me half of the order. I had to contact customer services again. Still waiting for their reply. Very angry as I spent lots of money and have not been given a refund.

Scammers - stay well clear - I purchased items in their boxing day sale to which they sent out (three separate times)without addressing the items correctly. They then said they were not sure what the problem was and that they would refund the order and I could put the order through again.....but paying full price for the items at £50 more then what I had originally paid. I can't help but think this was a massive ploy to get out of honouring the sale prices that they had advertised. Resulted in my daughter not getting the one thing she really wanted for her birthday. Customer services team didn't want to know!

Not a quite 5 stars yet due to few bumps with orders. I have to say customer service replied to my issues and even offered free return for exchange but also stated the package must be unopened well how I supposed to notice wrong type of pjs and stained without opening the bag 🙄 ordering from website I find more convenient as it looks they are taking better care packing the items compare to when I ordered on Tik Tok and had brush box without brushes or missing items in set box. I do like they stuff to the point that I only discovered them end of December and im only few £ away to reach CEO level in their reward programme but if issues will happening I will go somewhere else.

So mad!!my order has been stuck on “we are expecting it”on Royal Mail for a week.i made contact by email and after a few emails I was told if there was no change today to contact them and she would send over a gift voucher.I then contacted today and someone else messaged back saying I had to wait.These items are for my grandaughters 11th birthday

This company has no organization whatsoever and it’s clear that they are drop shipping items from a warehouse at TEMU. I placed an order at Christmas and they sent me the wrong item not once but twice but expected ME to pay return shipping to send back items they screwed up on! Unbelievable, the level of incompetence and poor customer service and asset management of any company I have ever dealt with

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with P. Louise, particularly their customer service.
In under one month, I spent over $1,000 USD across the P. Louise website and TikTok Shop. When issues arose with multiple advertised promotions, I expected basic investigation and accountability. Instead, I received generic, copy-and-paste responses that failed to address the actual problem.
On my website order (Order #PLUSA47607), a free Bad B*tch Energy gift was advertised for qualifying purchases. My order exceeded the threshold, yet the gift never appeared in my cart or order confirmation. I contacted customer service immediately, before shipment, and provided screenshots.
Additionally, I placed a TikTok Shop order exceeding $500 during a period when a beauty roller promotion was advertised. My inquiry about that promotion was also dismissed without clear explanation or review.
Customer service repeatedly asked for evidence already supplied and responded with contradictory statements about promotions not being honored “retroactively,” despite these promotions being active at the time of purchase and failing due to checkout or system issues.
What’s most disappointing is not the value of the promotional items, but the lack of accountability, clarity, and escalation. No senior review was offered, and my concerns were repeatedly misunderstood or ignored.
I wanted to support and continue purchasing from this brand, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust. Until P. Louise improves its customer service and honors advertised promotions, I cannot recommend shopping here.

Pleased don't buy from this company if you are hoping for assistance when they get it wrong. We order a number of items including a bundle and when it arrived (admittedly in a nice box) there was a wrong item. We contacted them, they told us to send it back and as soon as it was shipped, they would send out the correct item. They haven't despite a number of emails to customer service. You are expected to then email another place (PLD Distribution - not mentioned in the T&C's or Returns) but the email address didn't work. Each time we contact customer service it takes at two days to get a reply and they keep saying contact PLD.
It looks like a great product but I'm afraid that as the customer, you are a hassle to them.

To say I am disappointed is an understatement, ordered a P Louise mini me full collection as an Xmas gift for my granddaughter, delivered on 6th December, once unpacked it was obvious that this had been returned by someone, checked all the items and the mascara was missing, emailed P Louise no response, emailed again no response, emailed a 3rd time no response, this is unacceptable customer service and such an easy fix, case is beautiful, I just want the mascara replacing can someone please help!

Thd only nice pleasant and helpful staff was a young girl who was on the santa letting writing bit her name was caitlin she had time for the adults and children and nothing was to much trouble for her what a outstanding part of the experience she was but all others I wouldn't waste my time or breath on
