Brother Toner Cartridges

I have previously purchased my toner from this company. Items are good quality and are packaged well for post. I have been happy with the service provided from OZ Toner as well as the competive price that is offered.

Fraudulent thriving business

Ordered a printer based on the recommendation of the oztoner staff. It came without the capabilities as promised by sales staff so they told me to return it for a refund. I returned the printer in perfect working order, now oztoner are ghosting me. Nothing but thieves, do not use this company.
Oztoner - if you're reading this. I will delete this negative review when the full refund is processed.

Prompt Service

Printer ink was delivered promptly and works well. The price of delivery makes one pause but we did not have any other option but to order from the printer supplier as they provided the printer which is not supported by Brother in Australia.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. They are completely dishonest and deceptive. I asked their support if a certain part was compatible with my printer, instead of chasing up the enquiry for me, they referred me to the manufacturer and gave me the manufacturer's contact number who advised it was... turns out it wasn't.

The company won't take responsibility and despite accepting the item returned, are now claiming it as "change of mind" when in fact we were lied to by manufacturer because the lazy support staff wouldn't follow up on our enquiry in the first place.

I was told to return the item, which I have, in the original packaging. They are now refusing to refund me, want to give me store credit which they haven't done and to add insult to injury want to charge a 30% restocking fee.

I claimed a chargeback through my credit card company and OZ Toner are trying to charge the full amount of the order despite the fact they have the item.

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE SWINDLED BY THEIR DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We sincerely regret the frustration caused by your experience.

Upon investigating into our email correspondence, we explained to you that a restocking fee may apply before you returned it. After reviewing your returned product, a 30% restocking fee was imposed due to the product returned not in a brand new state, with some packaging missing and opened box.

It is unfair to ask our company to take responsibility over the communication that you had with the manufacturer. We have a clear refund policy on our website and appropriately communicated them to you.

Additionally, due to the chargeback you opened we cannot process your store credit/refund until after it has been concluded otherwise the refund may be doubled.

We acknowledge the inconvenience this situation has caused and invite you to contact us directly so we can work toward a satisfactory resolution. Your experience is important to us, and we are committed to improving our service.

I ordered HP laser toner cartridges…

I ordered HP laser toner cartridges that were listed as in stock online. After a week or so I contacted them only to be advised the items were out of stock. They offered to ship me higher yield toners at no charge. Well no charge here we are 3 1/2 weeks later and I have just been advised by OZ Toner to chase ( their courier firm) directly. Still waiting....I ordered toners from another supplier and received them in 2 days - Really poor service

We did follow up and chase up the courier company to organise a redelivery, keeping you in the loop, however this is still not up to our standards.

Very bad experience, not trustworthy

I ordered a printer online two weeks ago and never received any updates. After finally getting in touch with staff, I found out they just forgot to ship it. I explained that I urgently needed it for my business and asked for express shipping due to the two-week delay, but they still sent it standard with just a “sorry,” completely ignoring my comments and questions. Really disappointing experience and poor customer service.
