do not order from these creeeps. They say they have products in stock when they actually don't. they ripped me off on a $200 toner cart. they never contacted me to say it wasnt in stock. when i emailed they said they need an extra $150 to send my ink because they had the wrong stock on the website. i asked for a refund . he said he cant talk right now because he is at a doctors appointment and never called back. now i cant get a hold of them at all. total ripp off scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. straight up lying dishonest slimy operation.

I’m very disappointed. I ordered and paid for several canon inks for our printer including CLI651 GREY XL I only received the CLI651 GREY not the XL which is dearer. I have sent several emails about the issue, I haven’t heard back from them. Very disappointed I won’t be ordering from them again.

Able to collect the products rather than delivery and the products are correctly priced

The product and price were great but the experience with the pickup was crazy. From the nominated address I was directed to two other locations before finding the premises where I could collect the item.

Placed an order online and same day wanted to add another item. Enquired through the contact us link, got a reply that it can be done on the next working day. Next day they added the items I wanted with the same order and sent a link for payment (no need to disclose card information over the phone), paid it, got the order delivered in 1 day.

There was a delivery charge but didn't delivery in the premises needs to be picked up.

The EDIBLE epson machine quality is not good.

It's just new but the quality of the ink when it prints is not good.
