Horrible experience. They lie about pricing and charged more than they advertised before the purchase. On my request to cancel they first ignored, then pretended they don't understand and then advised this is too late as order was processed. I have not received the items. This company is a SCAM. I do not recommend anyone to deal with them. I've reported them to the Credit Card company and recommend others to do so. CC will put them on the black list to prevent transactions from going through and notify potential buyers.

this is the worst service I have ever experienced. I was sent a wrong article besides shoes that did not fit. The return is exhausting, Ozoloo asks for many photos of the products and the shipping is to China which is more expensive than the products themselves. As required I sent the return number so that the amount can be refunded. I am through - never again Ozoloo.

My opinion... Rubbish Company don't use them 👎🏻

I have skinny feet and was worried that these would be loose. I generally fit perfectly into slimline shoes in my size. The soles are super comfy but I couldn't walk more than 3 steps without pain the top of my foot where the stitching on the edge dug in like anything. Couldn't even return them as the postage to return to the China address was more than the shoes cost. Very sad.

I bought the bunion reducer sandal. It came many weeks later. It’s almost comical ( but not really!) that I paid $30 for a very cheaply made flip flop that I would not pay $2 for. I have sent two emails asking how I can return with no response. There is no number to call for help except an international number.

If you want to throw money away, this is your opportunity.

Ozoloo’s bunion corrector sandal is cheaply made and does not fit. They promise 100% satisfaction guaranteed but they require you to mail it back to China which costs more than the price of the sandal. This company is definitely a RIPOFF!!

The Bunion corrector sandal Product is cheaply made and the size was too small. Bad Purchase and Would say stay clear of this company.

Ozoloo has a very bad customer service, they are not willing to help. My shoes did not arrived and there was no way, even if I pay shipping for them to send me a replacement so I lost the shoes and the money.

Ozoloo guarantees 100% satisfaction, however they require returning products to their original factory (paid by customer). That turned out to be China.
The USPS charges over $35 for 9 oz. plus a fee for required registeration (by Ozoloo) so returning the sandals that were a bit cheesy and too small to try on would have actually cost me more than the original purchase. Buyer beware! Lesson learned...
