Misleading presentation and advice
Door to door sales-man left an impression that are coming as a municipality-recommended advisors to make an appointment. Instead of coming to the appointment, they called a day ahead to start probing the sales. Instead of the sustainability and insulation analysis, the push for selling solar panels, home battery and hybrid heater. Emphasis was on war coming and electric grid going out. Cost- and energy-efficiency points were omitted, strong push for selling.
