Added ‘service charge’ to final part of transaction. No mention of it until that point although no doubt in some very small print somewhere on the website. Shameful sharp practice. Avoid

terrible company.add unwanted charges but you don.t see it until you.ve paid. wish i had read these reviews before i purchased anything.they are scammers-give them a wide berth. delivery takes forever too!! i have since had to cancel my debit card to avoid them taking anymore money and blocked them.

Order never received – no refund

I placed an order with Ozerty France in March 2025 and never received the product. Despite many emails, they refused to refund me and kept insisting on sending it again, even after I told them I no longer wanted it. I had to purchase the item from another seller. They have held my money for weeks. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend this company.

Let's face it,, Temu,, compere to this company is brilliant. Don't use this people they scam you with no problem. They added some charges to my order then on top of it they send some separate charges luckily the bank stop the second charges. Still they charged me too much .DONT USE THE SCAMERS .

They just charged me an extra 29.00 after checkout. Don't use them!

This company uses SCAMMING procedures to obtain money for purchases by adding on a ridiculous eco charge which doesn't become evident until your purchase has gone through. I am reporting them to Trading Standards and also contacting my credit company in the hope of stopping this fraudulant practice

Avoid at all costs my order was just under £18 and they charged me an extra £19:echo charge I really really wish I’d looked on here first,what they do is send you a grand total invoice for your payment,but then after you pressed pay they add the extra echo charge that you won’t know about until you go onto your bank statement ,this is because you have ordered a small parcel ,so it does mention the echo charge but only once you have pressed pay for your initial payment ,this company should be investigated and shut down for fraud

Avoid this company like the plague. They need to be investigated and closed down. They add an ‘eco’ charge of around d $30 for any order less than $70 but you don’t find that out until you have put all your account details in and there’s no way of cancelling. Any questions to them are ignored. Love to know who the eco charge goes to.
Absolute scammers and need to be stopped!

Scammers- DO NOT USE - they add charges AFTER all goes through, so you don't see the 'service charge' at time of purchase. It's time this site was taken down, they are crooks and the authorities know it, but do nothing about it. If you use a credit card, contact the issuer IMMEDIATELY and get a Chargeback.

Ordered item yesterday and had confirmation at 4.49 to my address. Saw later a pending charge of 18.44. Thought I had avoided all the add ones and had confirmation at 4.49. Sent message which came back requesting order number. No email and no order number. Phoned after 9 today and always 'attending to other customers '
Checked Trust pilot and saw the 500 plus other unhappy people
Rang credit card company and assured it would not be processed
Told charge should drop off in 3 working days. Hopefully that's it but would advise to not be fooled. As they say if it looks too good to be true it probably is.

Scam be very careful. Added charges after you put in card details. Had to cancel card ... Google need to look at these shady practices...absolute disgrace!

This a big time criminal organization and I will devote all my time and resources to take it down i have noticed google and visa this are online criminals

Please do not use this company. I purchased a backpack for my daughter on the 15th April 2025, it took 5 weeks to arrive and was of very poor quality bag. Both of these are reason enough never to use them again, but then today ( 24th May 2025) another £30 has been taken from my account. I have contacted my bank and cancelled my card but potentially I will not get this money back. I never agreed to any other charges or purchases from this company, this is fraud. Please stay well away. It would appear I am not the only one to of experienced this after making a purchase from them.

These Scammers obtain details of your new card
Have care you may cancel your credit card but this company then applies to your credit card company issuer either visa or master card for any new card you have saying it’s a subscription payment then obtain your new card details. Check your statement and inform your credit card company immediately.

I wish I could leave zero stars! Scammers- we didn’t even complete the order and they’ve taken money from our card! More than we expected as well.

There were hidden charges applied after my credit card details were input. In particular the 'free' postage would take too long so I stopped the ordering process at that point. Ozerty made the decision, without permission to charge me over £15 for postage. They did not stop my order despite several requests to do so before the package was sent. I have now had to cancel my credit card completely so they cannot take any more money without permission.

My issue is the same as others. Eco charge after checkout. I wish that I had read reviews before purchase. My message. Listen to the reviews.

I bought something for £6.50, free delivery, and was charged £20.79. Apparently it is an ‘eco’ charge for small orders but there was no indication of this before checkout.

Bought a pair of sunglasses £7.49 and then when the invoive arrived, I found I had been debited another £15.94 for "Services". What services? no explanation!

I purchased an item from Ozerty on April/2025. At that time, two separate charges were made, which together were the correct product price.

Then yesterday (13/05/2025), I noticed an additional unauthorized charge of $59.99 NZD on my bank account. This charge was made without any prior notice, explanation, or my consent.

I have requested an explanation by email but it has not been replied yet.

I consider this behavior fraudulent, dishonest and disrespectful to the customers.

Do not purchase anything from them is the best option.
