Özdemir Dental Center Reviews 

Firstly the hotel is very basic and at £22 for a kebab not exactly eater friendly. It is no where near a beach as portrayed on their website and a long walk to the Old Town the photos make it look a lot better. They have 161 reviews from thousands of clients which indicates people are more than dissatisfied but fail to leave a review not to harm the clinic. I was promised individual crowns after the removal of my original crowns what I got was a series of connections basically about 4 or 5 bridges not individual crowns which I paid for. I also did not want to leave a poor review as the job was done albeit not to my satisfaction however myself and others who were there who also have not left a review did not get a treatment plan which meant we were sitting around waiting for a telephone call asking us to go to the clinic hence you are a prisoner in the hotel you cant go on a any trips etc. We all made it clear this was not acceptable. The insult came when I emailed them after completion for a copy of my X ray as the night guard which I had to ask for was very cheap and flimsy. I also asked if they maybe supply a new night guard. Someone at the clinic gave response of you would have to visit the clinic to get a new one and it would be the same quality of the previous one. Not bad around £900 for flights and accommodation for a £5 night guard.

Therefore my experience was not the best as was others that that I met. May I suggest you get documented evidence what is being done and ask for a more comfortable hotel this applies to any of the multitude of clinics in Antalya. Turkey has become the cheapest dentists this does not mean they are the best.
I told the clinic I would have to leave a poor review but they could not care less. Buyer beware.

Feeble excuse you promote Dentist Tourism check your website. I was not an implant patient. So why were some patients at the Lara Park hotel if you were concerned about proximity, I think you mean it is a cheaper alternative. So now you blame my age for your inadequacies. Can you please explain why we had to pay in cash and not by debit card as a Tax Adviser I would have concern. There was no consent not to have individual crowns Meltem was too busy looking on her phone to even know what was going on. You are misrepresenting your services which under UK law has both civil and criminal possibilities but i guess its ok in Turkey. Maybe you should supply hard orthodontic retainers. Good bye

I was recommended by friends to have my dental treatment at özdemir I'd seen there procedures and they where very happy. What I really liked about my experience was the warm welcome the regular contact before I got to Turkey and also whilst I was there. Meltem who looked after me whilst I was there was amazing and explained everything so was the hole team. What really stood out to me was that not only do özdemir do cosmetic procedures but there also a dentist for the local people in Antalya. I had 12 implants an 12 crowns 6 on 6 I can actually smile again I'm very happy thankyou Meltem and the hole team at özdemir. I've already spoken to 3 more of my friends who will be visiting you very soon.

I would like to thank everyone at OZDEMIR Dental Services for the amazing treatment I received — from the moment I booked my appointment to being picked up from the airport and taken to and from all my appointments. The whole experience was seamless and professional.

I recently had 26 zirconia crowns done at Ozdemir Dental Clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, everything was handled with great care and professionalism. The clinic arranged all transportation and scheduled daily appointments, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

What truly made the experience outstanding was the incredible support I received from Seyit, the coordinator. He was present every day, translating, assisting, and making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the treatment. His kindness, patience, and dedication were invaluable.

Ik ben ongelofelijk tevreden over de service van Özdemir en vooral ook diep dankbaar. Wat zij voor mij hebben betekend, gaat veel verder dan enkel tandheelkunde – ze hebben mij een nieuwe glimlach én een nieuw zelfvertrouwen gegeven. Mijn tanden waren altijd een bron van onzekerheid voor mij, iets waar ik mijn hele leven mee worstelde. Dankzij Özdemir is dat verleden tijd.

Vier jaar geleden heb ik hier kronen laten plaatsen, en ik ben nog steeds elke dag blij met het resultaat. De kwaliteit is top, en mijn glimlach voelt natuurlijk en zelfverzekerd aan. Onlangs ben ik opnieuw langs geweest voor een controle, volledig kosteloos. Hun service is tot in de puntjes geregeld: je wordt opgehaald aan het hotel en veilig teruggebracht, alles met een glimlach en eindeloos veel geduld.

Waar je soms schrikt van horrorverhalen over tandartsbehandelingen in het buitenland, kan ik vol vertrouwen zeggen dat je bij dokter Erdem en Meryem in de beste handen bent. Alsook wil ik dokter Esra bedanken, wat een warme lieve vrouw, die ook duidelijk uitlegt wat ze doet. Ze leveren vakwerk met oprechte zorg voor hun patiënten. En niet te vergeten: de lieve chauffeur!

A life-changing experience - more than just a dental visit

I am incredibly satisfied with Özdemir's service and most of all very grateful. What they have done for me goes far beyond dentistry alone - they have given me a new smile and new confidence. My teeth were always a source of insecurity for me, something I struggled with all my life. Thanks to Özdemir, that is a thing of the past.

Four years ago I had crowns placed here and I am still happy with the results every day. The quality is top class and my smile feels natural and confident. Recently I went by again for a check-up, completely free of charge. Their service is perfect: you are picked up at the hotel and returned safely, all with a smile and endless patience.

Where you are sometimes startled by horror stories about dental treatments abroad, I can confidently say that with Dr. Erdem and Meryem you are in the best hands. Also I would like to thank doctor Esra, what a warm dear woman, who also explains clearly what she is doing. They deliver professional work with genuine care for their patients. And not to forget the lovely driver!

I had 28 full zirconia crowns in May 2025 in just 6 days. It was a fantastic experience, I felt no pain, everything was done very professionally. My dentist Asli was so professional, very calm and very gentle. A big thank you ASLI.
All the staff at the clinic were always so friendly and welcoming. My guide Seyit is the best person I have ever met. He made sure everything went smoothly, helped with translations and answered all my questions. He responded right away, so a big thank you SEYIT.

Just returned back to the UK after my first treatment..absolutely the best dentist.

My treatment started with 6 extractions and 10 implants, very minimal pain just a bit of swelling over the days after.

Meltem and Ilke are a pair of wonderful girls and will do anything to help. Going back in September for my final treatment 😃

This dentist clinic is not huge like the hundreds in Antalya is a nice local used clinic who go out beyond to help. The treatment I’ve have is unbelievable and would not go anywhere else. I’ve had full 28 zinncronuim crowns which are fantastic. I’m from uk and this place is the best .

Batur was my advisor and wow he was exceptional, ( please ask for him) he made my transition so easy, from sorting my flights & transfers to our beautiful hotel and more importantly my dental appointments with the amazing Dr Zeynep. I would not be here now writing a review if it was not for the exceptional care & dental work I received. Meltem was my coordinator and so lovely.

A very warm friendly and highly experienced staff. Right from the beginning, there was a great communication and coordination of my stay. Upon my arrival, I felt really well looked after. During treatment, dental team were very empathetic and supportive but most importantly, incredibly experienced and efficient. I didn't have any complications at all. The entire process was very smooth and pleasant. I am forever grateful and would like to express sincere gratitude to all my doctors, nurses and coordinating staff🙏
