Shocking running of their business, ordered 4 pairs of trousers on sale, paid and received confirmation of order. From then, nothing for over a week then an email saying one of the trousers is unavailable, the rest of the items is going to be delivered as soon as possible. Then nothing. Who knows how long it can take for a company to fulfill an order..
Great product, good customer service
I ordered a winter jacket and a warm training set. I loved all of them, but the quality of the set was poor, the material started to look broken after a couple of days. I contacted customer service, and they asked for photos, but after the conversation, I didn't get any email. I checked it here and got scared, that probably I won't get my money back. A couple of days later I contacted them again, and they told me, that I should send it back, they sent me the free return label and I got a full refund a week later. Some of their products are great and for the bad ones, they offer a solution.

I have received Oysho socks for Christmas and after half day of wearing them, they look so bad that I might as well just throw them away.

Ordered and paid an online gift certificate on 20.12.
The card was a christmas gift, and should be delivered on 24.12 via sms and email to the recipient.
On 20.12 they sent an order confirmation, also confirming the details of the recipient.
On 24.12 they sent me an email confirming the succesfull delivery of the gift certificate, however nothing was received - neither email or sms.
In the order confirmation I can see that all the contact info is correct, so no error from my side.
This was supposed to be a gift for christmas eve, but Oysho didnt manage to deliver (All they had to do was to send an email or sms).
So the status is that no gift was delivered and I have to wait 2 days until I can contact Oysho and ask them to resend the gift certificate or return the money that I paid.
It is very disappointing

Deceitful shipping info have tricked me into buying Christmas presents which will not be delivered in time. I made two separate online orders, shipping info reported both parcels to be received well before christmas, now both orders have been updated with shipping being at least 1 week later than previously stated.I love their products but online shopping is useless.

I had organized my trip overseas and placed an order on their website, where clear estimated dates were provided. Unfortunately, a portion of the order did not arrive on time, and I received no explanations or updates from the Oysho team. When attempting to contact their customer support, they consistently asserted that estimated arrival dates are not provided for purchased items. I shared a screenshot clearly displaying the stated date, but without an apology, they insisted there was nothing they could do and that the date shouldn't have been confirmed on the order.
It was a highly frustrating experience, and the customer service exhibited unprofessionalism.
Cancelled my BF order without any information
I placed an order on oysho.com on Black Friday and without providing me with any information, they cancelled it. I learned this through a "your refund is accepted" email. I did not receive the order and did not refund this. When I contacted them, they told me that the order was cancelled due to some unforeseen circumstances and they suggested me to place another order.
The only way I can read this is that they did not want to send me the discounted items and they wanted me to pay the full price. Then why on earth are you even doing this discount? Such as waste of time, do not recommend.

I made an order about three years ago and I found out my order was missing an item so I contacted their customer service to solve the problem but to my surprise, they refused to refund me. The item was out of stock but they charged me for it. They told me because it was an international order they couldn't refund me. I ended up receiving neither my item nor my money. Never again

I received a jacket last week while I was in Spain. Upon returning home to Denmark, I discovered that the button is broken. However, I neither have the option or the desire to return it. I managed to glue it back in place. But considering I received a damaged product, I expect some form of discount on the item I've already purchased. That's just standard customer service. I contacted them and they said they needed to figure it out. Now, after 1.5 months, they finally concluded that I could receive a 10% discount code for my next purchase. What am I supposed to do with that? Certainly won't shop here again, solely due to exceptionally poor service. I don't recommend shopping here!

The return is just a pain and I contacted three times as they still have 1.100 CHF which should be returned on my balance. I‘m maximum pissed off and also returning now a coat for 90 CHF that‘s supposed to keep you dry where by rain I was completely soaked after 5 minutes. Terrible quality (seriously!). I went to this store for the first time and bought 5 items. One of the tops got ruined just from my purse strap rubbing against the fabric! Two other items bobbled up IMMEDIATELY after ONE wash. I have two things left and I really like them, so I hope they will last at least 10 wears.
Terrible return policy and very rude salespeople
I tried to return a waterproof jacket that I spent €79 on in Portugal because the zippers on the pockets would stick. I wore the jacket for 2 hours and realized this. The manager and sales girl laughed at me and treated me like I was crazy. They wouldn't even do an exchange because the ticket wasn't attached. I have never been treated so badly. This was in Porto at Santa Catarina. I will never buy from them again and will be posting everywhere I can, including expat websites. These companies don't seem to understand that Amazon will get all their customers when this is how they do business.

The worst customer service by Oysho Portugal. Felt like the agent got zero training. Rude, unhelpful and just plain useless.
She even asked for my phone number twice even though I gave all relevant details in the beginning.
Would not be purchasing from this site anymore but with 1.5 stars it's clearly a sinking ship.

Terrible service when trying to return. 3 codes not functioning and not working, the customer services people did not provide a return address for me to be able to simply return it on my own. The same goes for Oysho Germany which I assume is the same company.
The worse quality sports clothes I own
I train 6 times a week and own a large selection of sports cloths from different brands.
OYSHO's designs are nice but the quality of the fabric is shockingly bad. I purchased a pair of leggings and a jumpsuit, and they become completely see through when stretched even just a little. I've contacted OYSHO as soon as I've noticed this and asked to return the jumpsuit, which is still new and with tags but past return date. They refused to accept it back after claiming this isn't a defect issue, although they have admitted that it is clearly see though. Thus suggests that they find this quality acceptable. I find it unwearable.

Don’t expect any kind of help
Quite possibly the worst customer service ever.
They sent me a faulty item that essentially disintegrated on my first day of my holiday. I contacted them and asked for a replacement, which they agreed to.
I sent the item back (labelled as a separate faulty item) along with the other part of my order and contacted them to ask them about the replacement. They refunded the item but won’t agree to send a replacement/honour the price I bought it for.
There’s no effort to find a middle ground or to actually help, they actually appear to not want the custom.

Terrible policies and service. They sent me clothing in the wrong size and don't send replacements out until the shipment back arrives. If YOU make the mistake and not the customer, you should try your best to make up for it. No thanks, I don't want a replacement but my money back I will never order anything there again.
