Very bad very bad horrible quality clothing horrible customer service to avoid at all costs!!
I just want to say this company is making the worst quality clothing ever in the whole planet! For the first time I bought very expensive gym legging worth €40 while in Spain visiting ‘Madrid’(just 1 pair of leggings) thinking it was good quality and guess what? After wearing them a couple of time they ripped open at the back right in my bum and while doing a class in the gym so everyone was enjoying the whole in my ass! (I don’t have a big bum as I am slimmer size)
I was so embarrassed I had to cover with a towel at the end of the class!! The stitches of the leggings opened more and more during the class as a result of poor quality material or made! Shame I cannot give zero start or -100 stars so people read careful and avoid buying expensive clothes from this awful company!

Worst Customer Service – Avoid if You Might Need a Return!
I ordered from Oysho and had the worst customer service experience—or rather, the complete lack of it.
I initially bought an item that was too small, so I ordered a new one and returned the one that didn’t fit. It’s been about a month now, and while they have received my return, they have yet to issue my refund.
I’ve tried contacting customer service, but their AI chat keeps repeating the same useless response: “Wait for an email.” No real help, no resolution.
Unless you’re 100% sure of your size, I strongly advise against buying from Oysho. If you need to return something, there’s a good chance you won’t get your money back.
My time writing this complaint could have been saved if they took customer service seriously.
I would give it a zero star if possible.

They make it impossible to return any items. I want to return part of my order, however when I try and log onto my account my order either isn’t there on the system or if it is there and I try and select return it comes up with an ‘operation error’ message. The AI chat is hopeless, I’ve submitted a contact form but had no response and the telephone number for customer service just cuts out. I never thought companies would use removing your right to return as a sales driving tactic.

The customer service response time is really poor. I ordered a selection of items online and want to return two. There isn’t a way to do it as the order isn’t appearing on my account. Have been waiting weeks for a reply. I do love their products but the customer service is shocking.
Fraudulently used stolen credit card
Fraudulently took money from my credit card. Only found out because I disputed the multiple transactions made on it from them with my bank as I have never ordered from them and never will. So tells you they don't do any security checks before processing any payments.
Even worse
I bought 2 pairs of extra warm leggings from Oysho Romania. One of them in 2023 and one in 2024 but i noticed that the quality of the second pair was awful and i payed more than the real price cuz they sent me with reduced price tag which was hided by a sticker (40 euro) and on the site was 50. That s a shame.. never more!

Their delivery partner, Hermes, has delivered my order to another address, and Oysho declined to investigate the matter!

I bought the pieces form oysho.com Online from Turkey. The new product I purchased turned out to be defective and was sent as if it were used. I noticed it the first time I wore it; the bralette had deodorant stains. The sweatshirt was pilled and had pen marks. Hygiene rules were not followed. The packaging was just a cardboard box with a few pieces of paper thrown i.

Products really looks nice and flattering, but with the 1st wah ( completely stick to the instructions given) it fade and the colours are not vibrant any more.
I tried their modal fabric, and linen, so sad that they don't care for the quality of their products and frustrated their potential longtime customers
Ordered online, never recieved order or my money back
I ordered clothes from Oysho. Their delivery company told me they "lost" it and never sent it to me. Oysho told me their delivery company was liable and refused to reimburse me. I lost money and time. No one would help me. Don´t shop here.
Stupidity and ineffiency on a high level…
Stupidity and ineffiency seems to be in the head of all employees, and they were way to many doing nothing. None of them were able to understand what they were there for, and that the store is actually living from customers paying thier salary.

Incomplete order
I made an order for a few items to arrive together as they were meant to be worn together / bought them as a package, but instead I got an email a few days after placing the order to say some items were not in stock anymore and that they only dispatched half of them. I would have expected to be asked if I still wanted the remaining ones, and also to be offered a voucher or discount code. I was offered free delivery which is free for anyone anyway. My first negative experience with Oysho, and it seems there is no human on the front end..

I paid for the item from their shop, ordered delivery, and they are saying that I should come to the shop like in 1000km from me and pick it up and they refuse to give my money back. They say that ask a friend to pick up. This company is a joke with no value to their customers!!!!!!

Contacted online chat - Leda was curt and rude and abruptly ended the chat as I was in the middle of typing a message.

Purchased couple of things at Oysho Westfield , the leggings broke second time I was wearing them 2 weeks after purchase . I contacted Oysho online with the receipt . They told me they can’t help , only the store can assist me , however they also say there is no email or even phone number to contact the store . I do not live close to the shop . So not even terrible but non existent customer service . How are they even allowed to operate a store in Westfield

Worn black leggings once and split to a ladder first time worn right up the bottom area. Felt lovely to wear but terrible quality for the price x
