Absolutely disgusting my oxyshred came expired , it was completely solid and smelt off.
They claimed they are unable to give me a refund due to policy but how am I guaranteed that the next one that comes isn't the same stock? It's clear that their stock is old and has been on storage.
The customer service isn't bad but did nothing expect re order one when I didn't ask for that I clearly said refund and plus if I was to consume that I'd be in hospital .. disappointed to see that they are selling this sort of product that are literally expired !!
If anyone is reading this and doesn't know where to purchase from nutrition wherehouse I think it's called from memory is the best area to purchase from I regret buying from here and will never purchase anything anymore. Absolutely disgusting.
Policy doesn't allow for refund but allows for products to arrive solid and close to expire date yeah that's disgraceful.
I didn't realise how many had reviews this place has until I encountered it.

As previously mentioned, we're sincerely sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with your OxyShred product. We understand your concerns that it may be expired due to the condition in which it arrived. Please note, this is very common to happen to EHP Labs OxyShred products due to the presence of hygroscopic ingredients such as green coffee bean extract and Garcinia Cambogia. These ingredients have a tendency to attract and retain moisture from both the environment and the included scoop, leading to clumping. Rest assured that this does not necessarily indicate that the product is expired or unusable.
However, we understand how frustrating this situation can be, which is why we promptly sent you a replacement. As you had requested a refund, we have cancelled the replacement order and processed your refund.

Great customer service !
I ordered 2 x emerald labs pre-shred and unfortunately one of them was damaged in transport. I emailed them and got a response in under 24hrs notifying me that a replacement has been organised.
Really good company to deal with. Can’t fault them :)
Also recommend the emerald pre-shred too! Great caffeine hit and gets you sweating! Also was a good price compared to every where else and got a free product with it too!

ripped off. Similar to so many other reviews. I order the wrong product nievely assuming that the picture they had for the item was what they were selling, silly me!! Tried to return it but I forgot to send them the copy of the auspost reciept so no can do. Even though it is the same items they sent me, in the same package and has my name and order number on it. there is noway they can identify the package so no cash back for me. Should have read the reviews instead of looking at the price and then i would never have bought from this lot. 35% negative reviews ( and if you read the positive ones I reckon they were done by company staff), I doubt they would even be allowed to operate on ebay. dont assume becoause they put smiling faces in the emails that they are trying to help you!!!Dodgy Dodgy Dodgy.
Additional note- I am pleased to update that three weeks later they managed to find the return and proccess the refund.better late than never!!

I spent $140 on my whey protein and the taste is lot different then I had few weeks back with the same flavour.
It’s bitter and making me sick after drinking.
I have same brand protein with the same flavour from let four years but this time I can’t drink it as it’s terrible taste.
Super disappointed with your team answer that they can’t replace.
Will do google review as well.

Never received order!! Worst company
Placed an order online. After 2 weeks received an email that my order has been canceled at my request. I never made this request. They also didn't issue a refund but send me a gift card expiring on the same day the email was sent.
The absolute worst. Not sure if I will even get my money back. Would never recommend!

Waste of time, lack of stock
I ordered 9 tins of infant formula but i got sent toddler formula.
I wanted exchange for infant formula (what i ordered). They said they dont have any left. It makes me wonder if they had any in the first place.
I asked for a refund and asked me "cant you use them?" I said no my baby is 5 months not 12. they attempted to give credit. I refused and wanted refund.
When i sent items back via postpaid sticker they gave me they requested proof that i sent it. I emailed it to them. Now they are saying they will wait until they receive the items before refunding me. This is a waiting game. I wont order through this company again. In the meantime i have had to overspend on formula from the chemist so my baby doesnt starve.
