I wish I had read reviews before buying the variety pack. The packaging has photos front and back of the flavours you'll get. Then a small line saying flavours may vary. I reached out to the company asking if I can get a refund and of course not. They made as if I was the first person to miss the line about variety. Reading reviews shows that people have been having the same issue as me for years. They refuse to accept a refund, even though none of the individual bags are open. They won't ship the flavour I wanted and won't accept my closed sample bags back. Having read other reviews, the product is sickly sweet and doesnt dissolve either. So I really wish I had stuck to my usual brands. I was tricked by the images on the front and really wanting banana milkshake. This is a very un-Australian company, with the way they do their customer service (same generic replies for yearrrs). They've made no effort to make it more obvious on their packaging that they can send you any flavours they like whilst pretending you get other ones. :(

There was an initial issue with my website order for a triple pack of whey protein but this was quickly and easily resolved and they rectified my order. I am impressed by the customer service received.
Their whey protein actually mixes into my morning coffee without a lot of curdling. Amazing all round.

Great tasting protein. It is on the sweet side but I’m totally okay with that. Mixes well and love the variety of flavours. Great customer service team that prioritise customer satisfaction. Highly recommend.

The 100% whey protein - Chocolate Peanut Butter flavour is delish! I'm definitely gonna keep buying it.

Vanilla crème!! More like sugar milk,
Absolutely way to sweet, makes you feel sick, have a full packet of anyone wants to have,
Rated a 3 in sweetness is a joke, never buying from these guys again.
Also not advertising there amino acid profile is a bit sus, where’s the protein coming from?

I've made a couple of orders through Emerald Labs. I buy their preload preworkout which works better than any other preworkout I have tried and by far has the nicest flavour (I get creaming soda and recommend it for sure). On top of that their customer service is really good. I ordered a bundle deal but they ended up selling out of a product and offered me the option of a refund for that products full price or store credit plus some extra dollars onto it. Their responses were very prompt and I had no issue getting my refund from them. Their shipping has always been really fast too despite it being standard delivery! Highly recommend.

Barrel was half full. There is zero reason for this other than to make it appear there is more in the container. 50% content = 50% rating.
Servings by weight are irrelevent when the volume is a known quantity. The manufacturer KNOWS what volume the product fills, so can make a container of the exact size required. While settlement is a reality, 50% settlement is absurd.
The current quantity is literally half the container volume. Taking settlement into account should not result in a 50% quantity loss. Were that the case, bags of flour at the shops (with an almost identical material consistency) would have 'settled' and all be half empty, not jammed packed.
A half full barrel is a marketing stunt to make people think they are getting more than what you really are.
Buy your protein in bags folks. At least then you can see how much air you are buying.

Terrible product.
Priced high like Protein Isolate but it's full of rubbish.
Doesn't mix well, ends up with gooey chunks and slime in the product.
Customer service is hopeless as they just make excuses for the faulty product.
Worst protein on the market!
Edit: Their reply proves my point. Hopeless.

I bought the unflavoured 100% Whey Protein 500g powder and very dissatisfied woth the product. I normally mix protein powder in woth my coffees as a quick on the go breakfast. I've found the Emerald Labs' powder doesn't dissolve well at all. Been mixing for 5 minutes and still have clumps of product that will not dissolve and it's very off putting. Not matter if a shaker is used, mixed with a fork, hot water or cold water used, there's still clumps of product. I do not recommend this product and at $60 for the small bag, it's very expensive badly made product

Got the blue crush electrolyte+ and it was the worst I've ever tasted. So disgustingly sweet and awful! Had to throw the whole jar away.

Have been using the products for a few months and love them. The real benefit though is how easy the site is to navigate, the occasional super sale and then the help when I make a mistake on the order .. outstanding nothings too hard .. my wife also loves the products cleaner easy to digest feels great .. we are converts and proud to say so

Asked a very technical question about the processing of a product and the team went above and beyond to get me the info. 👍🏻

Best tasting protein powder I’ve had after switching over. One problem I’d like to outline is the macros tracking with the scoop provided in the protein powder bags. The macros stated on the label are for 31g(1scoop) per serving, but when weighing the serving of a scoop on a scale it amounts to ~46 grams for me.

I recently switched my protein to Emerald Labs 100% Whey Protein Isolate (Vanilla Crème) after my go-to brand, WellTech Whey Protein Isolate Grass-Fed (Chocolate), became harder to find and eventually unavailable. I was looking for something with a similar quality and taste — smooth, delicious, and without the unpleasant aftertaste that many proteins have.
An Elite Supplements team member recommended Emerald Labs as a close match, and I couldn’t be happier with the switch. The Vanilla Crème flavor is clean, mixes well, and tastes great. So far, it’s been an excellent replacement, and I’m glad I made the change.

they were out of creatine monohydrate but they gave me a creatine hcl instead which is very nice of them because its more expensive

Unfortunately, despite the marketing and prominent spots on popular supplement sites in Australia, it wasn't to my expectations at all. I got the 100% Whey Protein, Chocolate flavour, but was disappointed when the 'Level 2' out of 5 was so sweet. I can't imagine the sweetness of level 5. There was only 'Lime Spice' (lvl 2) and 'Unflavoured' (lvl 0), no level 1 sweetness protein.
Also, the powder doesnt dissolve very well at all, compared to many other brands. When you can dissolve it well, usually the foam is double the volume of the recommended serving with 300ml water. And the sweetness is concentrated in the foam?? Somehow? O.o
But their claims of no bloating/discomfort and appetite control seems to be valid, for me at least.
EDIT:
Thank you for the reply, Emrald Labs. I understand it is personal preference, and hence why I attempted to search for a level 1 beforehand. My issue is that there is nothing less sweeter - if the 'Lime Spice' flavour (also level 2 sweetness) has a distinct sweetness difference, then what *I am saying* is that the levels need to be reworked. Unfortunately, until this gets changed (and due to the many comments about it's sweetness), it'll be difficult for me to come back and test it again.
Also, your team didn't address the foaming, and poor dissolving that I had experienced using this.

Have been buying the same products for a while now. Greens is great and creatine.
Flavours are great.
Customer service is great.
Had an issue with an item they were quick to reply and sent out the same item same day and express shipping.
Very helpful

The sweetness on the vanilla iso zero is wild. I tried cutting the sweetness adding stuff like cottage cheese and peanut butter. It got better but the after flavour is still super strong. Definitely not a three grade in the sweetness meter.
I still have 50 serves to go and I’m regretting about listening to the sales guy and not going for my usual.

Just bought this as I was pushed the product by the guy in the store (Top Ryde)
Boy do I wish I had read reviews before.
The store person pushed for this product a d recommended the golden ice cream flavour.
It was sweet (but ok lets say sweetness is subjective) - but now I feel sick (for a lack of a better word) and bloated and have an awful after taste in my mouth.

Saw it at the shops and the guy pushed it as one of his favourites so ended buying a pack of the peanut butter choc as a replacement for my True Protein, same flavour, that I had ran out of. What a big regret!!! It tastes soooo sweet and artificial. I do love a sweet but this is unbearable. Very sad that I’ve spent 80dollars for all to go to waste as I can’t tolerate the taste. Also not disclaimed where they source they protein from?
