My issue is the 3 to 7 days of delivery i got after 6 working days which was long other wise im ok with your suppliers

To date I'm still waiting for my 8 size 18 feeding tubes,,what are you not indicating on your system during ordering phase if an item is out of stock.This is a long wait,,I've marked down as non compliant on assessment because I don't have this item .

The item ordered not delivered 10 days after paying for it.However, when I enquired about its whereabouts,response was swift: delivery took place later that day- credit to individual fielding queries, and to Courier Guy who did the delivery!

It was great with fast communication
It was great with fast communication, but sadly I asked if the cane had a swivel and you said it did not. It does, but we’ll keep the cane and work around it. Still a great product otherwise and good quality. Would be better and more stable without the swivel in my opinion. I would buy from them again as that part of the experience was excellent. Fast delivery and great service.
