Absolutely terrible customer service. They should try taking some of their own courses in it.

Despite numerous attempts to contact then, not even an acknowledgment.

I enjoyed the layout of the course. the company has designed the course in a way that makes it easy to understand.

I wish I didn't have to give them any stars I wouldn't recommend my enemy to these people.. I finish my course since march I paid for my certificate we are now in November sent over 10 email I had 1 reply saying that they haven't received the payment i sent them proof up until now nothing. I would think carefully before signing up with them...

The duration of the course without any pressure makes it a great learning experience for me.

There's no free course. Don't waste your time. Their free Diploma in Interior Design course, which should take 450 hours to complete, is comprised of only 6 units with one 7-minute long video each and an assignment (multiple choice questions). It took me under an hour to finish everything. I learned absolutely nothing. Total garbage. Furthermore they are not a CPD accredited provider. I checked it and couldn't find anything about them.

Throughout the Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Project Management, I gained a deeper understanding of advanced project management principles, including risk management, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement. The course offered a well-structured blend of theoretical concepts and practical case studies, which helped me apply what I learned directly to real-world scenarios.

I also developed valuable skills in managing multiple projects, refining my ability to prioritize tasks, and improving overall project outcomes. The rigorous coursework pushed me to think critically and approach project challenges strategically, which significantly enhanced my decision-making and leadership abilities.

Update: They emailed stating they issued the refund on July 17th 2024, but they lied. They did not issue any refund. I sent several follow-up emails asking for the transaction reference number, but as usual, I did not receive a reply.

I have consistently followed up since I signed up for the course on July 7th, but I haven't had any luck. When I signed up, I accidentally chose the wrong course. Shortly after realizing my mistake, I requested to cancel. However, instead of cancelling the course during the cool-off period, they sent me an email with credentials four days later. I have sent seven reminder emails without receiving a response, and I have also made three phone calls to their support line.
I had to engage the bank and raise the dispute.

The experience was fruitful, learned a lot in a short space at the comfort of my home. Just completed my Diploma in Digital Marketing and can safely say, I will continue learning more.

I just took a Diploma Course in Diet and Nutrition and was pleasantly surprised at how convenient the information was presented; very well-structured, content-dense videos (15-18 min / unit) with a 10 question, multiple choice assessment test after each unit. Once the assessment was completed, the next video was made accessible. I loved it!
Videos can be paused and restarted at any time;
the only downside: info is not downloadable, neither in video - nor in document format; studying takes place entirely web-based on the platform. So if you need to go back to check for specific details, you have to restart the video from the beginning.
Apart from that - perfect!

I study online at OHSC and I can say it's a good opportunity for everyone who seeks to study online, at their own pace, with good quality content, and at the end gets a diploma or certificate. I would like to say thank you to the center and special thanks to my tutor.
