Ordered in September 2020 package has not yet arrived

They SUCK. just like what everyone else is saying. They are scammers!!! I ordered over $100 worth of stuff on May 3rd and have not received one item, one email, one reply, NOTHING!!! So angry at this insta shop! I’ve emailed and DM’d and they say it’s at customs. I believed it for a while but looking at these reviews, they’re telling that to everyone. GROSS.

Scam site for sure, especially if you live in the US. Strung me along for 2 months saying my order was in transit, in customs, etc. even though it still said the order was processing ok their site (had to dm them on Instagram since customer service never answered). Finally when I asked where the actual order was they said it was lost in transit. I asked for a refund and haven’t heard back.

I am a long time customer here and it is one of my best stores to shop with especially when they do lots of discounts

the clothes are always of a really high standard and about 30% of my wardrobe is currently filled with skirts from here lol

its been 3 months since ive ordered something, ive had no customer service even after dming like 10 times, doubt im even gonna get a refund feeling scammed

I received the most disgusting customer service from this brand. Own Saviour received my order in December of 2020. I allowed a delayed shipping due to covid, but when I finally reached out they said it had been sent without tracking info. 4 months later I reached out again and they said they resend it but nothing. I have been demanding a refund for 3 months now and still nothing. They say I should receive confirmation and that I have been refunded but I have got no money and still no items I ordered. Do not shop here it is a scam and you will receive nothing for your money.

it’s been 2 MONTHS and i am yet to receive my order. i have contacted this company multiple times and they are useless. taking peoples money and not sending items out. this is disgusting and i will be reporting this and i will be spreading a word about how much of a shambles this company is.

Never got my items. Never shipped. Even emailed and asked for an update and never heard back. This is no way to run a business. I have an online shop myself and I would never do this to my customers. And honestly, all the 5 star reviews sound really fake. Just sad cause I was very excited about the items I ordered but I guess I just got scammed out of my money- money I get from customers who I actually give them what they paid for!

9/4/21 update. Still no clothes. Still no refund. Please don’t shop here it is a scam. Read all the reviews. If anyone has had success please advise how. update - I am still without the clothes and the refund.
They claim they have submitted a refund however, 15 days later it is still not deposited. additionally they are SLOOOOWWW to respond and pick and choose what messages to reply to. They are NOT a good company to purchase from and I will note all social media apps that I they post on. warning do not get scammed I am writing this in hopes that they review this and reach out as they do not respond and when they do they blow you off. Order placed in May it's now July it's been 60 days. No merchandise but, they sure did take my money. No phone number that should have been a red flag. No personal contact. Tracker says processing - I am moving in 2 weeks so even if the clothes get sent at some point it wont be where it was when I ordered back in May.

Absolutely appalling. Products never arrived and company refused to refund me until the shipping time had exceeded 60 days! We are now approaching 90 days since I made my purchases and have received no refund. I have constantly tried contacting the company but what little responses I’ve received have been useless. The response time is that disjointed that when I receive a response I’m just going round in circles. It’s appalling DO NOT PURCHASE FEOM HERE 🚩🚩🚩

Do not buy from this company. My daughter placed an order (as she is under 16 i am writing this review and I gave her the money which!) which we have consistently chased, every time they replied pretty quickly saying their Ts & Cs said they dispatch up to 60 days. At 60 days.. still no order and now total silence. Will try and get money back through Visa. Be warned!

WORST SHOP I’VE EVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE IT’S A SCAM. You’ll never receive your items and you’ll never get your money back. Their customer service is non existent, they do nothing but lying if they ever reply to you.

I ordered from them and they have not sent me my order, and they continued to lie about the status on the order. I asked for them to cancel it and issue me a refund, they still have not sent me a refund, a notification about it, nothing. They are scammers.

Ordered a pair of jeans in April and it’s now July and they have still not arrived, I’ve messaged them on Instagram and emailed them and received no reply!!

I have ordered one item back in May 2021 and still haven’t received it. It is now July. I emailed and messaged on Instagram and no reply. The order states is being processed but no change in months!

In terms of shopping experiences I’ve had online, own saviour has delivered on what I usually look for. Great quality clothing, cheap prices and good customer service. Absolutely love their clothing.

I haven't received my order in over 4 months

I placed an order with own saviour 4 months ago and never received my order, I contacted them asking if they can give me any update, because my order status on their website still showed it was being processed, they told me it will be updated later that week, 3 weeks go by and I check it again and it says my order is STILL being processed I contact them asking for a refund and they disregarded what I said and told me that they'd update it "this coming week", 2 months go by and it's still showing that my order is being processed I contacted them AGAIN and I've never heard anything back at all, I contacted them jun18, and its July 10. They're customer service is a 0/10. If you want your money back you're better off going through your bank

Took 2 months for clothes to arrive. Clothes were awful quality and looked nothing like photos so had to return all of them. I sent back the order straight away and never received a refund. I have messaged the company on Instagram multiple times and they have ignored me. Lost over £100

if I could give 0 stars I would. Hey, I have waited months for some shoes and still no tracking information. There is a good chance this website is a scam. I ordered shoes in December of 2020 and still no info. I have contacted them many times and get short responses with no real solutions. DONT BUY FROM HERE.

As a business owner myself, I understand how difficult the last 12-18 months and having seem some of the reviews on here, it looks as though there has been some challenges. However, my own order that I placed was simply fantastic. Quick delivery, excellent customer service and beautiful clothes. I really couldn’t speak highly enough of the experience I’ve had.
