stole my money basically, ordered a corset top in 2021 and i never got the package or my money. scam

i got scammed by them in 2022 and I'm still very salty about it.

in 2021 i ordered £400 worth of stuff from here which never came and i never was refunded, it’s the most awful scam do not order from here i hope the disgusting human who owns this gets arrested and is miserable xoxo anyways! hope u guys reading have a nice day and do not waste your money🫶🏻

I placed an order for my son. The took the money right away and now 2 months later and I still have not received my order. Simply terrible. Not sure how they are in business.

SCAM!! Absolutely terrible. Worst experience ever. The products never arrive and when you ask for a refund they ignore you. Don’t bother giving your money away to these criminals.

FRAUD/ THEFT.

Over a year and a half ago I ordered an item that never arrived. I was ignored when I asked where it was and when I asked for a refund.

They refuse to reply to me and have kept my money and not provided me anything.

This is straight up fraud and theft.

HUGE SCAM!!!!! Horrible horrible company, if you can even call it that. No one will return emails or dm’s. FAKE WEBSITE!!!! Horrible, I couldn’t be more angry. Ordered over a year ago. Never came & when I asked for a refund multiple times I never received an answer. This site is a scam I promise you that.

Please never buy from this website. I mistakenly made a big order- one of over £300- knowing I could return some of the items if I wanted. However, I never received my parcel. I tried to contact them through email/ Instagram etc. countless times but was ignored every single time. So, I never received my parcel and lost over £300.
Even if you have had a previous pleasant experience with this company, the fraud that evidently goes on within it should not be supported or encouraged. Never shop here ever.

I ordered a pari of shoes in May 2020, when they arrived I was on vacation, so they were sent back to them, but I never recieved a refund. I emailed the shop to get my refund but they never answered, same thing with the message I sent them on instagram. Do not buy from them, I don't recommend it

Would give this company a zero if possible. I made two seperate orders in April of 2021, one on the 28th and the other the 29th. I received order confirmations informing me they were being processed, but never received tracking numbers or estimated delivery dates. Emailed, never got an answer, direct messaged on Instragram, never answered. Contacted them through Facebook Messenger and finally responded on the 7th of July 2021 telling me that my orders would take another 7-10 business days to arrive as they were stuck at airport customs and waiting to be cleared. THEY NEVER DID. I messaged another month or so later asking for more information. Got nothing but the automated response saying that their page was having a lot of issues and it would take a long while to respond to customer inquiries. Another couple of months went by, I became so fed up that I started asking for refunds. I gave them my order details as well as the amount of money they owed me and never got a response. 100 or so dollars down the drain. Save your precious time and money and AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They don´t deliver ordered parts and don´t answer any questions. The Queens jubilee (22-06-21)!!!! is the excuse to don´t answers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My daughter ordered a top which doesn't fit. No one responds to emails or FB Message about how to return. She has now lost £15 due to their lack of response. I have told her now to always check reviews before ordering from dodgy companies. They shouldn't be allowed to trade!

I ordered at top for my sister which was lovely so I decided to order another one. A year later, still not here! I have contacted their email adress and still not helpful.

I order and paid for a laptop and haven't got it nor a refund

Ordered a necklace which took a month to arrive. When it did it was broken and the broken part was missing from the package. Zero response to emails and tweets asking for refund. Just awful. Avoid at all costs

like many other reviewers, i never received my products or got a refund or even reply from customer service. but i work in credit card processing and EVERYONE who has never received their order, please do the following to hold the merchant accountable:

1. file a chargeback with your bank, even if the order was outside the banks chargeback/dispute window 9 times out of 10 they will still help you and get your refund regardless.

this also damages the merchants account with higher fees and chargers them an additional fee from their processor. do this first.

2. report them to the UK Trading Standards dept. search “report store to UK trading standards”. (it doesn’t let me put links in reviews here)

3. they use shopify so report them as fraud on there as well. search “shopify report a merchant”

hope this helps!!! don’t accept not getting your money back. you can always do a chargeback. banks side with their customers 90% of the time - trust me i work in this business.
