If i could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a top, it never turned up, and two years later I've still never received my refund, they now ignore my messages and delete my comments on their instagram posts, never order from here

One star is too many. They take your money and don’t send the product. Then they stop responding. Unsure why Facebook/IG allow their pages and shops to remain online.

My daughter ordered some clothes back in August. Money paid, delivery delayed (which they emailed to confirm) then nothing….. I (dad) took it upon myself to help as she has since gone to Uni and so far managed to rack up 14 emails asking for support and then a refund. No reply apart from the automated email stating they would respond within 72 hours, 72 years more like. My daughter will have finished her 3 year course before I get an acknowledgment or refund I fear. Sad really, gives online traders a bad name DO NOT USE, DEFINITELY A SCAM. Hopefully they will go bust soon.

I ordered clothes for £41 in Sep 2020, and I still haven’t received my items. It’s been over a year and I still haven’t heard a noise from the company. They didn’t even want to cancel my order, they just told me to keep waiting.

Save your money and DON’T order from OwnSavior, I will be much more careful the next time I order from a new company.

Don't order from here! I bought an item of clothing in April and it is now October and I still haven't received it. I messaged them multiple times on instagram and emailed customer service and I got ignored every time.

do NOT order from here they take your money and don’t ship your order out to you. so you won’t receive the order and the customer service is disgusting.

i ordered from this website a while ago, i was concerned about my clothes so i sent them several messages on instagram, sent them emails and have gotten no response even after they were repetitively posting. and now, they have sent a message to my number stating that my order has been 'lost' and have said that they will get a refund, yet it still hasn't come through and sent a lousy 20% off discount to make up for it. do not buy from this place !!

ordered some things in june… until august they never arrived. asked for a refund in august and it’s the start of october and i still haven’t got the refund. terrible customer service… literally a bunch of thieves?

This was the worst business I have ever bought from. They say they are best reachable on instagram dms and I ordered an item in April and it is not October and I have not received any shipping confirmations. They responded initially in the dms asking me if I would like a refund or for them to send the allegedly "lost product" again. I followed up quickly and said to send it again and provided my new address and have not heard from them since. This makes me think the product was never really lost in transit. Don't ever buy from them and if you have been scammed by them, contact your bank to dispute the charge. Might be the only way to get your money back.

I ordered about 7 items for a total of $150 and I even thought I did my research before to see if they were actually legit, it checked out, I made the purchase. A month passes, nothing. I message them about it on IG, they tell me it’s been shipped and is on its way to me. Another month. I message again politely asking for an update or tracking/shipping info so I could dispute it with the shipping company. They don’t respond. Another month passes, and I filed a claim through my bank since they refused to help. I got my money back within a few minutes and miraculously within a couple days I got a notification that TWO of my items are being shipped. Absolutely ridiculous. I know they are a clothing brand, one of my friends successfully got all the things she ordered from them but good LORD are they disorganized and sus as hell. Don’t waste your time. I think they’re buying from others & slapping their label on it - if you even get it.

SCAM SITE
This brand is such a scam. I ordered a shirt in May and emailed and DMed multiple times to no response. HOW TO GET YOUR ORDER- I opened up a PayPal claim and they sent my order the next day. EXTREMELY SUSPICIOUS COMPANY.

don’t buy from this brand ever - they’re a scam. placed an order in december last year and after a couple months it still hadn’t come so i emailed, dm’ed, you name it. eventually my credit card company refunded me after investigating. never heard back from the brand to this day. don’t waste your time and money!!

This whole website is a SCAM . I ordered over 8 items 4 months ago in May and I haven’t received my package. I asked for a refund and was ignored. I asked for my package to be re sent out and that never happened. They are unprofessional and SCAMMERS . They won’t send you your clothes unless you have a following to promote them with. Don’t do it. Please.

They don't answer emails, instagram, or any other forms of communication. Totally convinced this site is a scam. Ordered 3 tops never got them. It's been 4-5 months.

So I ordered 2 items for a festival in mid-August so I thought ordering something in the beginning of July would allow for sufficient time for it to arrive. Its now mid September and I've not received anything. I asked for a refund as I now don't even need the items, and this request was ignored. I was simply told that the items are sat with UK customs, and once this clears they'll arrive. I asked for more specifics and have heard nothing. I have no idea how they are able to run a business like this - how can you order something and have absolutely no idea when it might arrive? Will I get it this year? Will I ever receive the item?! AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

I made an order around 4 months ago. I still haven’t received it. I have messaged them countlessly on Instagram and they just will not reply. I paid a lot of money as they are not a cheap company and I’m very very disappointed. I can’t even get a refund because they won’t reply. SO frustrating. Their clothes are lovely but do not buy from them, get something similar somewhere else because you won’t get it. I’ve seen other reviews stating the same.
