Excellent customer service
Ordered a wardrobe which I am happy with, but when delivered there were several pieces that unfortunately were marked.
However, I understand that this can happen especially with certain couriers if you are using a third party. So it’s how you fix the problem and Katie in customer service was excellent, ordering me replacement parts and keeping me updated on the process.
I will be happy to order from them again because I can trust that if there is a problem I know it will get sorted out and I won’t have to send multiple emails chasing, which can happen with other companies .

Outstanding Customer Service, from the date I ordered the 5 pairs of Hereford dining room chairs on 13th Feb 2025 until the delivey of the goods. i was kept well informed of a delivery date and received brilliant service from Katie in the Customer Service team. Even when items arrived and there was a small issue, Katie gave 110% attention to resolve the issue with a next day delivery. A superb Company to do business with and I would certainly recommend their products, especially when they have a brilliant team to support them

This sort of helpful, caring and courteous attitude is a rare thing nowadays and Katie, Will and the company need congratulating on their excellent Customer Service. Never buy from these, poor quality furniture, lots of damage to panels on delivery. One panel of the wardrobe was actually broken in half.

We always aim to resolve any problems as quickly and smoothly as possible, however, in this instance, the issue was first raised with us on 12/05/2025, and the items were delivered on Tuesday 15/04/2025 at 12:41. Unfortunately, as this was outside of our 14-day damage notification period, we were unable to secure free-of-charge replacement parts from our supplier.
As outlined in our policy:
"If you have purchased a flat packed product, we ask that you check every part and panel is present and correct before you attempt any assembly of the item. This step prevents any additional inconvenience for you. If any part is missing or damaged please contact our customer services team within 14 days of delivery by email at customerservices@ownfurniture.co.uk to notify us of the problem. In the case of damages, we will require images of the affected parts to be attached to the email. We will work to dispatch free of charge replacement parts to resolve the issue. Please retain your original packaging as this will be required in the event that return or collection of part/s or product/s is required."

Own furniture had my item out on time…
Own furniture had my item out on time but unfortunately due to the delivery company there was some delays. Own furniture customer service team were great in helping me getting this issue resolved bycommunicating with the delivery the Company and getting my item delivered. They were so apologetic even though it wasn't them at fault.

I accidentally scratched a drawer front when putting the wardrobe together and Own Furniture kindly affected to send me another free of charge. Sadly, when this replacement arrived, it had been damaged in the post. I really didn’t expect they would send me another without charging me, but they did. Absolutely amazing customer service.
