What a joke…ordered product on June…

What a joke…ordered product on June 16th and still has not shipped. Just called to cancel and receive a refund…I’ll transfer you then click. Do not under any circumstances buy anything from Overtons. In this day and age this kind of customer service is mind blowing.

Is zero stars an option???
I am in the same spot as most of these other reviews. I wish I would have checked here prior to purchasing. Website gives no indication of delayed shipping until after they take your money. Then they inform items won’t be shipped for 10-14 days. I call 12 days later to get an update and have to deal with the 2 most inconsiderate “customer service” reps. They basically tell you it hasnt been 14 days so we aren’t even going to check on it. Continue to wait or we can refund your money. When I asked why I wasn’t informed of delayed shipping before I placed my order I was told “you were supposed to” and then “is there anything else I can help you with.”
I have never seen a company so quick to refund you and send you somewhere else.
Overtons will never see another $$ of my money. Worst customer service experience ever!!!!

I see a lot of complaints on this site…

I see a lot of complaints on this site about waiting 10 days with no response, I’m on day16 and finally received the answer “ cancel if you don’t feel like waiting any longer” just wonderful!! Btw don’t think you can cancel your order and get the same product from camping world as they are the same company!!

Buyer beware!

Be very careful and cautious. I do not recommend purchasing from this company as they exhibit questionable business practices. They take your money immediately, and then take forever to ship the product. I ordered on June 3 and have yet to receive the product and they took my money right away. Then when you attempt to call, they will never answer the phone, the message will say "All of our agents are assisting other customers, please remain on the line for the next available agent". Nobody ever answers your call. Buyer beware on this one!

Absolutely no customer service or returns

I wish I looked up this site before shopping but it looked like a legit, big company. There is no customer service, returns are impossible. First, I bought two O'neill life vests that were apparently not coast guard approved, we got pulled over and got a ticket. So I wanted to return, no info on the website for return, no instructions. I emailed, no reply, called and waited for 30-40min each time, no answer, tried live chat and after the 3rd day someone was finally live. I had to beg and explain to be allowed to return, which of course I had to pay for. The person online was writing one sentence every 10 minutes, it took forever and it was frustrating. This stuff is sold all over the web, you really don't need to purchase from here, for me, obviously never again.

Horrible Service

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago. I have been told that everything is in stock and that it will be shipped the next day three times now. Not sure what happened to this company, they used to be great. I Will not be using them again for anything else.

Why o why did I not read the reviews…

Why o why did I not read the reviews first? I ordered some dock lights that were on sale and after 3 weeks of waiting they not only sent half the amount that I ordered but they also sent the wrong dock lights that I cannot use at all. Multiple emails go unanswered but I finally connected with someone via chat. I now need to wait for them to send replacements but they cannot specify when this will be done (even though the items I ordered are still on sale and showing as in stock). If you value your sanity, order from a different online company or, better yet, just pay a bit more and buy from your local independent boat shop.

I am Pretty pissed off.

I am Pretty pissed off.
The part I received had been installed before.
it was dirty, greasy and the box was in bad shape.
I won't be sending it back because I need it now and can't wait to send it back and you ship another one out.
I will be posting this on Yelp and your Facebook page.

The worst service ever

The worst service ever. Ordered a generator in August, they took my $1,200 the same day, and it's now October and I'm generator-less. No status updates, no ship date estimates, ever. I had to phone them just to get an order number. Calling them means 30 minutes on hold, and then you're told "the manufacturer will contact you when it ships".

Do I have to give a star

Do I have to give a star? Keeping it simple, they s***. Bimini top on order for over 3 weeks and each customer service rep give a different answer as to status. The one today said “ 2/3 more weeks.” Terrible.

I have ordered a PWC cover and spark…

I have ordered a PWC cover and spark plugs.
The first cover stated it fits a 1995-1998 Polaris SLT 750 when it arrived it was to small. I sent it back which cost me 15.00 and Overtons only credited my card the price of the cover. Second cover took 2 weeks but fit perfect. It now has a hole in the front seam! I am not going through customer service again.
the second item were NGK spark plugs. I could only order them in qty of 10 only to receive 4 and paying for 10! I have never paid 6.28 per spark plug! I have called CS several times to be transferred and then disconnected after 47 minutes. I will choose another company to buy my boat items. Ridiculous!!!!!!
It shows that they don't look at the reviews either! But at least we can warn others not to shop here.

I will not be using Overton's ever…

I will not be using Overton's ever again. Never mentioned that they were out of stock of the items I needed but accepted my payment for said items. It has been over 2 weeks and now I find out that the items are out of stock until Sept 1st before they even consider them in stock and then have to wait another week for possible delivery. If I would have known this in the first place I would have ordered from a competitor. I feel misled and duped. Next time I need anything for my boat, it will be from another company. Definitely lost a customer. For anyone that needs parts for their trailer check out etrailer.com. Easy to deal with and no problems. Ill have my parts in a couple days now.

I ordered a Kamp Rite table in June and…

I ordered a Kamp Rite table in June and it is now August and I have still not received my Table! I've reached out several times with no response! Last week I received an e-mail asking to rate my item! How can i Rate something I've never received! I thought this company was part of Camping World! I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! This company is the Worst!!! Please Don't waste your money like I Did!

Returns

I need to return an item. The website says 'Easy Returns'. Just call. No answer. Tried Chat - no answer. Email - no reply. Email Marcus - no answer. Finally got through on Facebook msg. Customer service will call you ASAP. No answer.

I do, however, receive 2 marketing emails a day.

Overton’s is screwing me over!

I ordered an O’Brian wakeboard from Overtons. Their website listed the wakeboard as “in stock” we ordered it and have yet to receive a shipping date from them. When after three times of no answer from Overtons. I was finally able to get on the phone(waiting over 30 mins)only then to be told that they don’t have a shipping date from O’Brian but that it is coming from an O’Brian facility in Washington.

Customer service sucks

Customer service sucks ! It's been over a week since I have made a purchase. No shipping confirmation yet. Not able to get anyone on the phone. No response to my emails. What a joke to get my grandson an item from them. Run out of patience with this company.NEVER AGAIN EVER !

STAY AWAY!!!!!!…

Actually I would not even rate their service 1 star, but something must be marked here in order to move on. This company is the worst. Placed an order for boat fenders on May 20th, it's now July 22 and no fender. After multiple calls and having a wait time of a minimum of 45minutes i'm told repeatedly that someone will follow thru or the item will be shipping soon. I find it ironic that I wait over an hour for a customer service representative ,but if I press 1 to place an order the phone call is immediately picked up. After my call today I was told that they are on back order. I tried to cancel the order only to told that she was unable to do that and would transfer me to a representative that could and the wait time would be less thru this number....1HOUR and holding. HELP!!!!

I would give this no stars if I could

I would give this no stars if I could. Order # 9510622026 placed on June 13th. 288.53 charged to my card. One item under 30 dollars was shipped after three weeks. received- quality is marginal but that was to be expected. Other item over $240.00 never shipped, its now 7/22 they want me to review- absolutely can NOT get anyone to answer customer service email or phone number. disputing the charge with my credit card company and reporting to my states attorney general- run, don't walk from this company. I wish I had done my homework.

Terrible company

Terrible company, i ordered a bimini top that i needed urgently. They took over 1 week after taking my order just to let me know by email that the color of my top was not available, and that they would let me know if my item would ever be available. I decided to switch to the only color that they had available, just to find out that they would take another week just to do the shipping of the item! This company lacks seriousness and the customer service is horrible. I will NEVER order anything from this company ever again. Bu the way, i have not received my refund yet.
