Great art and frames
Great art and frames, and I love that your art and frames are easily interchangeable! I recently purchased a different frame for beloved piece of your art, for something different. The frame was shipped quickly and it was easy to undo old frame and put the art in new frame!

Bait and switched me with cheap frame. Buyer beware.
First of all, this company is not affiliated with Overstock.com. I was fooled by their name. This company (overstockart.com) is an unprofessional, bait and switch operation based in Wichita KS, where high paying customers are left unsatisfied, in my opinion and based on my experience. I paid close to $1000 for an oil painting and framing. I selected the frame and even approved a close up of the frame to make sure. Yet, when the artwork arrived, guess what, bait and switch! A completely different frame. The "manager" Melinda was unhelpful and plain nasty. I even sent an email to the owner David Sasson. I forwarded him the email where I had agreed to a specific frame (called Versailles gold) and then copied him the picture of the different (cheap) frame that I got instead. No response. I paid $289 for the frame. The picture that I spent almost $600 on, looks ugly with that cheap frame. I feel ripped off and deceived. A classic bait and switch scam...Gosh, why did I become a victim?

The quality of the reproductions varies in my experience. I find the cost of frames to be high, relative to the cost of the paintings themselves.My shipping experiences are OK, but they could be better. Overall, a positive experience.

Beware of poor customer service!
Customer service was not as expected...actually, it was rather dismal. 'Making excuses' instead of listening to the concern is not a sustainable tactic; and owning up to their mistakes was absolutely not in their vocabulary. Very disappointing indeed.

I had an issue with billing
I had an issue with billing. I emailed customer service and they were prompt responding back and fixing the problem. The painting was on clearance. The quantity was good for such a great reduction in price, I am happy with the purchase and recommend for anyone interested in oil on canvas reproductions at an affordable price.
