A mistake was made in my order for Bridgedale socks. I ordered two pairs of a particular line of Bridgedale. They sent me out one correct and one slightly different line of Bridgedales. I can't remember better recent customer service - they were quick to respond to the issue, sent me out the appropriate socks and allowed me to keep the other line(which are still great socks) free of charge. Recommended.
