Honestly one of the best customer service providers by far. Genuine staff, patient and understanding. The application process is easy and speedy so there is no stress waiting for an outcome. Add that to great rates, and you have amazing customer satisfaction all round!

Absolute amateurs avoid at all costs .... officially approved loan and I signed off on the contract...then they request statements after I paid the deposit on a car...you do that atbthe beginning not at settlement....went to CBA got better rate and no bullshit....

God forbid you ever get sick and need time off work.

OurMoneyMarket kindly agreed to delay my repayments while I was recovering. But when I returned to work, a single payment bounced due to a change in my payroll date and despite it being successfully debited the very next day, they still slapped me with a default notice. Thanks for trashing my credit rating. Truly appreciated.

I would not recommend OurMoneyMarket to anyone. They're more than happy to charge 10% p.a. interest, but can't be bothered following the financial regulations designed to protect everyday Australians.
