I have some issue with the cancellation my membership and refund. But I really appreciated Jeremy with service. He cleared my issue. :)

The company understood that my subscription was accidental. They refunded the amounts debited from my account and are now in the process of refunding the initial non refundable fee as well. Great full the service provided. A special thanks to Sophie for keeping me updated every step of the way

After signing up to their website by accident, as a result of an online promotion via another website, they kindly helped me and repaid me the re-subscription fee that had occurred (as a result of their wk 2 wk cancellation period) which i really appreciated.

I signed up by mistake and canceled right away. They still charged me €7 for the cancellation, and the next day €47 for the monthly fee. When I complained, they said they’d only refund me if I left a 5-star review. Total scam!

It is a scam. Thought I was ordering a software key but ended up with a subscription to ourhomething with an initial trial equal to the software cost. After that a recurring fee for a monthly subscription which it tenfold.

Have disputed the cost and made a complaint to google who put this company in my search results.

Have been contacted by Anne. Said my subscription had been cancelled and the funds returned. If I could delete my review on Trustpilot now. NO, it is still a scam never signed up for a subscription in the first place.

I get contacted daily wih a request to DELETE the review because they refunded the money they stole from me in the first place. Think this is part of their business model. It is relatively small sums of money they scam out off you and 99% of the people does not bother to write a Trustpilot review for just 7 euro's or deletes the review after a refund because they fear more money will be charged on their credit card.
