SCAM

I wanted to buy a teapot and I don’t know how they did it, but I ended up paying for a shopping subscription. In the end, I complained, and to get my money back, they asked me to leave a comment and a good rating, and then send them a screenshot for the refund. I think it’s an ABUSE to have to do all this just to get my money back.

Please process my refund request.

I have no idea how you activated my account with you and took my money. I responded to a questionnaire from Douglas for a Christmas calendar, which cost 5.95 euros, I had it withdrawn from my account and I was waiting for the Christmas cosmetic calendar to arrive. However, of course it did not arrive and instead you withdrew 50.50 from my account and I have no idea how, there was no question about the membership fee or account opening, there was only the delivery address. I believe that Alby will return my money as soon as he wrote to me and then I will also give 100 stars and of course I will receive the calendar for which I paid 5.95 euros as advertised

I have been trying to contact you guys but I keep getting the message "Address not found. Your message was not delivered ". So I thought I might as well use this platform. Please note this is a review of a different company. The company's name is 4kpro.net. They scammed me today. I don't know if it's OK to continue here or what. Please advise me

Prompt with addressing queries and inquiries

I liked the way my queries and inquiries were addressed swiftly.
For improvement, I would suggest that the support team or customer care team should check members who register and disappear to understand if they still are aware of their membership or not, and also check in to see if they would love to purchase anything, advertising the goods available and maybe affordable to the customer.

I don't even know what they are…

I don't even know what they are selling, honestly, I thought it was some kind of virus, a scam, I don't even know when I signed up to be a member, let alone that they charge me over €20 a month. So my experience is bad. I didn't go into details.
