Ourhobbyfun has promised to refund all membership fees for a mistaken subscription - GOOD ON YOU OURHOBBYFUN.
By buying an item on discount, I unknowingly subscribed to their service. When I queried repeated charges to my credit card and was informed of the subscription I immediately cancelled future membership as the service was not useful to me.
They have promised to refund all subscription fees.

Problem is taken in charge

I found the back office staff who were able to complete my request.

When I cancelled the person I dealt with was very helpful

THEY TOOK $13 FROM ME! AT FIRST, IT WAS JUST $2 SOMETHING AND THEN AFTER THAT, ANOTHER $2. THEN I'VE NOTICED IT AND I CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY'RE NOT EVEN NICE, IT'S LIKE THEY'RE SHOUTING AT ME. THE FIRST AGENT WAS NICE, I ASKED FOR UNSUBSCRIPTION AND SHE FILED IT RIGHT AWAY. I ALSO TRY TO UNSUBSCRIBE USING MY EMAIL AND THEY SAID THAT IT'S CONFIRMED THAT I ALREADY I UNSUBSCRIBED. AFTER 2 MINUTES, THEY STARTED TAKING $9.13 FROM ME. I SAID I WANTED REFUND AND NOW MY MONEY HASN'T COME BACK. I'LL REVIEW AGAIN IF THEY DO. I DON'T KNOW IF IT'S TRUE, I HOPE IT'S TRUE. IT'S MY ALLOWANCE FOR THE WHOLE WEEK FOR GOD'S SAKE.

This company is a scam. Dont beleive in the stars rating cause the blackmail people to get stars!!!!!!!!!

I've been scammed via facebook advert for a Dyson vacuum cleaner at 5 Euros.
I didn't realized but they took all my data for shipping the vacuum. Obviously never received it.

Ourhobbyfun.com then proceeded to take my money from my bank account totalling 56 Euros!

When I contacted them to ask for the money back they said I accepted their T&C',s, and I did not!
I ended up being charged money due to very small letters policy that are supposed to be somewhere on their website. and then , while told I couldn't get my money back they told me to buy things on their website whit it to use the "credits" I had apparently bought whit those 56 euros, when I tried to purchase on their online store, every article on their website was not available at time of final payment. you can't purchase anything on their online store.

Apparently and im not the only person in that situation.

After all this they contacted me saying they would refund the money ONLY UNDER THE CONDITION to leave at leats 4 stars in trust pilot!!! that's not legal! I contacted trust pilot about this too and sended them the evidence.

I tried non the less and did put the 4 starts and they refunded the money at the end, but only under the condition that I would leave a 4 stras review... so basically blackmailed me into giving 4 stars. so now im updating again to warm people to not buy there in any case! this company is a scam, not all people have the energy to go trough this process and they simply keep your money and blackmail you!!!! hope you never have to deal whit them!

I've been scammed via a tiktok advert. Advert was for a car vacuum at £9. Didn't exist. OurHobbyfun.com then proceeded to take money from my bank account totalling £57, they said I accepted their T&C's, I didn't! I am now challenging this via my bank to retrieve money unlawfully taken.
