Andy helped with the refund but it took…

Andy helped with the refund but it took him time to assist me telling me he cannot refund me and I don’t understand why money is just being deducted so easily from my account without me confirming anything , please put in a system so clients can confirm cause refund process is not easy

purchased a item, was told 26.00 charged 29.95 when i tried to communicate this they just kept saying press this link, which was 4 repeat payments for same item, this is a dodgy website stay away
