My battery started to go low. I called them. They took care of the problem very quickly sent me out a new one because I was still under the warranty. Customer service was excellent very kind very professional and it took only 11 minutes to get everything done very proficient.!! I love this company and I love my ring.

My Oura ring suddenly stopped working but after setting a time on their web site to be called back, Jason called me the next day and arranged for me to be sent a new ring. Since the information that I receive everyday from my Oura Ring is invaluable to me, I was thrilled and relieved that Jason made it so easy and that the outcome was so good. Getting an Oura Ring will guide you toward better health and knowing that if something goes wrong they will be right there to make it right makes this decision a no brainer!!!

Contacting Oura is not easy
It took a lot of emails to resolve my issue with my Oura ring. Otherwise my rating would have been 5 star. I should have contacted the company before following instructions on google. Deleting my app (as instructed) caused most of the problem because my email couldn’t be located. A tip is to buy direct from Oura and not a retailer (like Target!) I have owned my Oura for a little over a year. I will say all of the reps I corresponded with were exceptionally nice and professional. I’m surprised though that it’s not possible to speak to a rep over the phone. At any rate I’m supposed to be receiving a replacement ring so we shall see.

I made a return for my order, oura refuse to issue of redund because someone decided that serial numbers dosen't match with original order (its the same devices). I don't recommend it, it's not worth risking your money

Drew was an understanding and helpful Oura representative. He answered my questions, saw and quickly resolved my problem. This is a very good company to deal with. They stand behind their product and seem to really want to help their customers.
Product has literally changed my life
Product has literally changed my life - while I was able to change my fitness pattern, Oura helped me understand my sleep pattern and post workout recovery. Knowing how / when to sleep helped me workout harder.
Only negative I'd say is lack of integration with my calorie counter, Macrofactor - but I believe that is on Macrofactor side, as they don't offer open APIs.

Tay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely concerned about my safety when I reported the heating issue with my ring. She kept my ticket open, communicated clearly at every step, and even added complimentary membership months as a goodwill gesture. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I had a very good experience with Oura ring customer service yesterday. Via virtual assistant and a live customer service representative, I had a major problem with my ring resolved. I explained to them that the ring was not working after much troubleshooting. They were very attentive and looked at the ring’s performance, and did confirm that there was both a battery and mechanical issue. A replacement ring is being sent immediately. I appreciate their willingness to investigate and resolve this problem so quickly and kindly. A great company and a high performance ring.

I had some issues with my Oura ring 4 series. The company was quick to respond and solve the issue.
Ring works well but not their website.
Ring works well but their website is broken and whatever you do don't logout of the app on your mobile as you're unlikely to ever be able to get back in. There are major back office issues with their software and website which is a shame as the ring actually works very well. They need to sort these issues out.
