I had a very good experience with Oura ring customer service yesterday. Via virtual assistant and a live customer service representative, I had a major problem with my ring resolved. I explained to them that the ring was not working after much troubleshooting. They were very attentive and looked at the ring’s performance, and did confirm that there was both a battery and mechanical issue. A replacement ring is being sent immediately. I appreciate their willingness to investigate and resolve this problem so quickly and kindly. A great company and a high performance ring.

I had some issues with my Oura ring 4 series. The company was quick to respond and solve the issue.
Ring works well but not their website.
Ring works well but their website is broken and whatever you do don't logout of the app on your mobile as you're unlikely to ever be able to get back in. There are major back office issues with their software and website which is a shame as the ring actually works very well. They need to sort these issues out.

Oura responded to my concern immediately and their technology was able to remotely verify my battery concerns. No hassle and they are sending me a new ring. A totally easy process!

Discriminating Treatment
I felt offended and discriminated as my concern was treated differently. I can overcome my frustration over the poor performance of the product that i purchased but when i was treated with such offending manner buy telling me that Oura has this policy that prohibits from having a replacement from which i am entitled, be delivered in the Philippines when in fact, my wife has the same concern and hers was shipped out to the same address. I felt that i am being treated as a fool and i need an answer as to why was i treated differently.
