The oura team are awesome!!
The oura team are awesome, and super easy to communicate with. When queried about the battery not working very well, they didn’t hesitate to send me a new ring free of charge. Whole experience was so good as not many companies would uphold these standards.
I’m now a customer for life.
I ordered an Oura Gen 3 around 3 years ago. It worked perfectly for those 3 years and still had very good battery life etc. Unfortunately, a week ago it stopped working, I contacted Oura customer services to ask for advice and they quickly told me it wasn’t a resolvable issue and immediately provided a replacement.
They shipped a brand new Gen 4 ring to me in the same colour and size. I can’t express how impressed I am that they would continue to provide such a good level of customer support for a product I purchased 3 years ago and was now discontinued.
Before my ring broke I had considered buying a new one and was shopping around all the new companies providing health rings. However, after this experience they have gained a loyal Oura customer for life. Well done to the Oura team for their commitment to their customers.

Loved the original ring I purchased unfortunately the battery stopped holding charge. Set up phone call with customer support they did a diagnostic on it remotely and sent a replacement immediately that came in earlier then expected. Ryder who was my tech support person was efficient and helpful.
Amazing customer service.
I’ve been using my Oura Ring for about 6 years. Recently it started to have less and less battery life. I contacted customer service and they were so helpful and quick to resolve the issue. They responded within the hour and promptly told me they’d be sending out a new replacement ring free of charge. I’m very satisfied with the level of service they provide. I’ll def keep using the ring as long as I can!

Awful battery and customer service.
I’ve had my ring for just over a year the battery is now useless and can’t even go half a day before needing to be charged, I reached out to customer service where they told me they would send me a replacement ring that is still under the old warranty which means when this known battery issues happens again it won’t be covered with a new ring it doesn’t make any sense to keep the old warranty with a brand new ring and if you were so confident in your product you would offer new warranty.

Worked great, until it didnt
I have had my Oura ring for just over an year and it stopped connecting to my phone and updating. I followed the instructions to reset the ring. Nothing. It will sync when it's on its base but not when wearing it.
I contacted oura and was told sorry it's out of warranty take it to where I bought it, which was Best Buy. There was not warranty purchased through Best Buy so that's a bust.
I would think for almost $400 the ring would last longer than a year.
It worked good when it worked. But started failing slowly over a couple of months. Now it's just garbage. Hope others have a better experience. I will not buy another. My Google pixel watch does most of the same things anyway
If you're paying with FSA don't expect…
If you're paying with FSA don't expect to get an itemized receipt. They won't send one, just a shopping confirmation that lacks sufficient information for FSA validation. Been trying to get an itemized receipt since January and nothing. Customer service is non existent. Just AI bot.

Great experience with Oura ring.. I had an issue with my ring's battery and they replaced it (even a bit out of warranty) without any hassle. They were super responsive. I love the ring too. It works great and I've improved my sleep and exercise from it.

I had such an exceptional experience with Alex from Oura’s customer support team that I felt compelled to share.
I recently lost some weight, which meant my size 13 Oura Ring no longer fit properly. Even though I was well outside of the standard exchange window, Alex went above and beyond to help me. He kindly arranged for a replacement in size 12 completely free of charge—and incredibly, I didn’t even need to return the original ring.
The entire process was seamless. Alex was easy to communicate with, understanding, and genuinely focused on resolving my issue in the best possible way. It’s rare to come across this level of care and flexibility, and it truly made a lasting impression.

Out of the box, technically unsound. I like the idea, but connectivity issues along with charging issues and seemingly feels like going backwards after using an Apple Watch 2.5 stars
