We brought OSREP in to add machine state monitoring across several assets, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish.
The biggest differentiator for us was the on-unit inference. All processing happens at the asset, no raw data leaving the facility, no cloud dependency to worry about. For our environment, that wasn’t a nice-to-have, it was a requirement. OSREP delivered it cleanly.
What also stood out was how well their system worked with what we already had in place. No ripping out existing sensors or overhauling our integration stack, the units connected to our current instrumentation and outputs dropped right into our existing platform over standard protocols. Minimal disruption, fast time-to-value.
The team itself was sharp and responsive throughout. They came in with a clear understanding of our setup, asked the right questions upfront, and didn’t oversell. When issues came up, they were reachable and got us answers quickly.
