The shop floor is well arranged and easy to walk around. There are also a variety of things for sale.

Fast and efficient delivery, the item arrived well and securely packaged. Besides the item itself, it was nice to see the gifts the store kindly included in the box! Highly recommend, I'll be ordering more!

Lovely shop - great products fab customer service

I’ve been ordering from Oshoppu for a few years now and have always had such wonderful service from them! The odd time I have had an issue, my email has always been responded to quickly. I’m a huge Moomin, Miffy and Peanuts fan and they always have a great range of fun items! Their gachapon selection is also 10/10. Hopefully one day I can visit the physical shop in Norwich!

I always love going into Oshoppu, whether I buy something or not (even though I almost certainly buy something even when I don't intend to)! The atmosphere is always so welcoming, the staff are so lovely and kind, and the range of products, fit for all budgets and collectors, are second to none!

The staff are friendly, the products are rare, of a high quality and fairly priced and the atmosphere of the store is very nice - I love shopping here and will continue to do so!

An absolutely superb family-run small business bringing us unique goodies from Japan which would ordinarily cost a bomb in postage and customs. No matter how busy they are, the customer service is always top notch. Happy return customer!

the staff are really lovely and there are so many cute things!!!

I was so excited to receive my order but after 9 working days there is no sign of my item being dispatched and no response from the suggested email address given to query items which I contacted to ask if there was a dispatch date for my item.

Without a doubt, one of the best shops in Norwich for everything anime / Japan based.
