I am delighted with the shopping experience. I bought a lovely weekender bag by Elizabeth Scarlett and they were able to give me a 15% discount. I used the Chat feature and was kept informed about delivery etc. The bag arrived when they said it would and was beautifully packed. Will definitely buy from them again!

Lovely selection of items, website is easy to use and items well described. My order was dispatched very quickly and packaged well with care. There was a minor issue with an item being out of stock however the issue was communicated well and the owner went above and beyond to source a replacement, the communication throughout was excellent and it was a lovely personal and thoughtful service. Great service very good company to purchase from.

This family based company is new to me and the range of goods offered is extensive. I ordered the summer bunting and a number of the Elizabeth Scarlett coin purposes and wash bag.
The items are unusual, beautifully made and warrants their price which is similar to the high street.
Parcel arrived via first class and all items beautifully wrapped in tissue and finished with a handwritten card.
Finally I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service I received from Bernie, the Founder and her small team.

Top notch & personal customer service! When an item I ordered was out of stock, Bernie went above & beyond to help me find a replacement (which was even better than my first choice in fact) and get it to the receiver on time. You don’t get communication and service like this from big companies. Excellent quality products too. I highly recommend this shop.
