Very pleased with the in person classes for AAT. Ian is a great teacher who is v knowledgeable. Sohail in the office went above and beyond.

I registered with Osbourne Training after checking out a number of providers, after registering I had a call from Sohail who was very helpful. He answered every question on the call and if I had more questions, he also was happy to help. Upon registering he continued to support and a shout out to Hana who delivered great customer service too. I would definitely use Osbourne again, and I would definitely recommend. Also the course content, especially the books are highly detailed and well written too.

I honestly cannot fault Osborne Training. Although I am doing my Level 4 AAT, this is my first year studying independently and so I ask a lot of questions from the team and they always reply so quickly and are always willing to do what they can to help. I think their books are brilliant, having used them for all 3 levels and I find both the course materials and the lessons better than the Kaplan course for level 4.

I feel like Osborne Training understand that life happens and it can get in the way sometimes so they help come up with solutions regarding managing the course.

I go to my exams at the Watford Centre and the staff are always brilliant there too, friendly and professional.

Deliberately mis-sold me the package. I realised it only when already attended their intro lesson. Managers, directors been avoiding me and hung up on me multiple times.

Service is horrible. They take your money (1000 pounds), lie to your face and get a way with it.

Fake reviews on their site filled with lies. I dont know how this company still exists? It is disgusting.

Save your money, nerves and time, avoid like a plague.
Raising CCJ against them, the things they deserve. Not the only person that was scammed, I am aware of this.

Osborn Training Center offers courses in good price. The study materials are very easy to understand and teacher is always helpful. The staff are very friendly .

I have taken the course in AAT level 4 and about to sit for my exam shortly with Osborne training this course has improved my skill and knowledge substantially. The staffs are experienced it is undoubtedly a great place to study any level of AAT.Teachers are good.Classes are full of really committed learners, as they should be with the price they've paid!, and of course this creates a great learning atmosphere.I had a wonderful experience,Our teacher Mr Usman is professionally an-accountant also a great qualified teacher, he provides all kind of useful resources .i must say thanks for getting amazing customer services from Mr Hana. I can’t thank them enough for the opportunity to pursue my dream .

Firstly, you are greeted on arrival by the welcoming branch manager Sohail, who would show students around the building so they become more familiar with the establishment.
The teaching was absolutely fab!
Topics were broken down and the teacher (Mohammad) ensured that all students had understood every point and provided further breakdowns for deeper understandings.

I would like to thank both, Mohammad and Sohail for the exceptional experience I've had at Osborne Training and I wish them both the best!

I have found it challenging and you need to put time into reading and understanding the various topics but it is interesting and worthwhile.
