wasnt expecting such a good villa but it was excellent well equipped and ideal for all the family and very good price would definately book this company again

Booking the villa was very simple and the correspondence with the company has been excellent.

Several days before travelling to the US I read reviews (not about OVD but about the management company in Florida) and had some real concerns about deposits for breakages, etc. I contacted OVD and expressed my concern (out of hours) and had a very speedy response that evening alleviating any fears.

I needn't have worried - the Management Company were welcoming and gave us plenty of information and the villa was excellent. We had an issue with a smoke alarm which was beeping when we got there and their maintenance guy was out within half an hour (a blessing after an 8 hour flight).

Although I have no plans to return to Florida in the foreseeable future I will most certainly be booking with them if I decide to stay in the Orlando area.

Excellent value, excellent service both here in the UK and the US.

I viewed the OVD website and found a villa matching my requirements and subsequently made my booking. A couple of days later I received my villa voucher , driving directions from the airport and a friendly email thanking me for making my booking and notifying me who to contact should I need assistance.

On arrival in Orlando, I attended the welcome centre and completed the check in formalities, which took 5 minutes. The friendly staff notified me where my villa was located and provided driving directions to the home. Upon arrival I could see the house was well presented, cared for and had more than everything required for our stay.

The large villa was comfortable, had an amazing pool and games room. During our stay the washing machine kept moving, we telephoned the management office and they came and resolved the issue within 2 hours. The management office staff were friendly, just like them at OVD.

We had a fantastic affordable stay, for the half the price of booking with an owner directly. Our needs were taken care of from start to finish. The staff were friendly and we've no hesitation in recommending you to my friends and family. I will be booking with you again in the future 😄

Excellent accommodation and Very reasonable prices. Our villa was out of this world, and we got better than what we expected. Our villa felt like home as soon as we stepped into it. The gated community was lovely and the area was peaceful and quaint. Our whole stay was just magical and couldn't have asked for a better place.
The only minor setback we had was when we arrived out of office hours, we had to call to ask where our accommodation was. Customer services stated we should have had previous correspondence via email to tell us where we would be staying, but we never. We managed to get ourselves to the villa after great help from the person on the phone.
We would love to stay in the exact same accommodation the next time we visit and will most definitely be using this company again. We have recommended them to others visiting Florida. Fantastic accommodation and a fabulous holiday.

Couldn't be happier with the before and after sales service from this company. Their customer sevice was excellent. The representatives I spoke to were always very helpful and friendly & went the extra mile by taking the time to answer general queries I had about Orlando & it's attractions. Picking up the villa keys out of hours from their offices was straightforward and the accompanying directions to the villa were easy to follow. I rented a 4 star executive + villa and was very pleased with the standard of the accommodation & it's facilities. It was also in a great location, within 30 minutes drive of the major attractions. Finally, the price I paid was far more competitive than any of the other companies I looked at. I went for an allocated on arrival option which allowed me to make considerable savings. Will definitely use this company again on my next visit to Florida.

Made a booking to Orlando using Villas - Direct, staff very helpful our holiday was very well managed no nightmares at the other end we also booked our car rental with them which was a great price, cheapest I could find on the net.
The villa we stayed in was great no problems as it also had an excellent management company.
All in all Orlando villas direct is a great company to deal with!!

I booked a Villa for my Family and found it to be any easy system to use. We booked alloocation on arrival which proved to be cheaper, good value for money but with a few pitfalls in the property.
The Staff on arrival were outstanding with the service provided and left us in no doubt, should there be any issues, they will be dealt with.
On arrival at the property, it was in a very nice and quiet location.
The property interior was looking very tired and in need of an upgrade in fittings to retain its rating. It did not have a feel of being in Florida as it was decorated in a more antiquated fashion. Faults were reported but not dealt with, however the pluses outweighed the minuses.
In hindsight I should have asked to change property but being tired and awaiting the arrival of my Son, his Wife and my Grandaughter, we decided to stay.
I would recommend that a review of properties and fittings is carried out by the Company on a rotation basis to ensure the high standards and customer expectations are maintained
This I consider was a minor glitch as I would certainly use this company for my next visit in 2016.

The booking of the Villa was easy and very well handled. The Villa that we got was perfect and we absolutely loved it. The only issue we had was when we turned up at the Management Office out of hours in our envelope there was no address for Villa or a code to get in or directions. Thank god for the bar next door. After a long journey they were brilliant and let us use their phone to sort it out. Not what we wanted to happen. On the plus side it was dealt with and we eventually got there about 3 or so hours later.

As I am a former travel agent, I am very weary about what companies I would book with online. Having now found orlandovillasdirect.co.uk, and their vast portfolio of amazing properties, I will not be looking anywhere else for my next Orlando Holiday!

Great customer service. The condo was easier to find and the whole experience hassle free. I would strongly recommend taking out the insurance in the UK for peace of mind. We had a slight mishap in the condo, but having the insurance things could be sorted,

The advice we received before our trip was excellent and spot on. The organization both ends was so simple and straight forward- picking up and dropping off keys a doddle and excellent directions supplied.
The only negative was the position of the villa; its hard to avoid neighbours overlooking the pool areas in Florida but it was also in full view of passing cars on the estates road.
The quality of the accommodation was excellent and one small problem with Wi-Fi was fixed within 10minutes of reporting it.

Just got back from a fantastic week in an orlando villa stayed in Weston hills in what was described as an older property ,but found it to be perfect ,10mins from disney and bigger than we thought with a nice pool. Booking and picking up the keys where a doddle will definitely book again. Thank you jon

Our stay in Orlando was absolutely brilliant. The pool was very relaxing and I never expected the games room to be so well equiped with a variety of good games. The villa was so spacious and beautiful and it made our stay so enjoyable. I wouldn't change anything about the Villa Eden and our whole family had an amazing time. Thank you!

Would definitely use this company again. Booking was easy, and the accommodation was just as described. Everything was clean and tidy and the apartment a matter of seconds from a large pool, restaurant, and other facilities. A great experience!

Although the villa we booked was allocated on arrival we were very surprised by the standard of this villa, it was comfortable but smaller than what we have been used to in past visits to Florida.
However what we were not expecting was to be billed for so called damaged / stained bedding and we were charged (if I remember $38.00 approx; on our credit card). We did not take out the insurance as this was our the seventh villa we hired and we had NEVER had problems relating to damage or otherwise.
I challenged the company and after many emails and requests for prove of damaged they eventually cancelled the charge.
As far as Orlando Villas Direct is concerned we had no problems with them but being asked to do this review after our holiday was in September 2014 is somewhat a little late?

We heard about Orlando Villas Direct from a friend and thought we'd give them a try. The person I spoke to (Stephen) was very pleasant and managed to answer all our questions very well indeed. Will use again

A regular visitor to orlando - found these to be among the cheapest, simple to use and knowledgeable - would highly recommend
