Epic scammer

Epic scammer, they don’t provide the chance to cancel the subscription. They got me with a $1 subscription and then I was debited $24 dollars. I sent an email to the support team and they advised me I could cancel. The app doesn’t exist. The web browser didn’t take me a place where I could cancel. Don’t subscribe. Utter scammers. I cancelled my bank card to ensure that don’t get access to my account again.

Scam!!

I only tried it once and within five seconds they charged me $28.99 for something I clicked on because it was not clear at all what they were asking for.
I asked for a refund and they refused.
Stay away from this – it’s a scam, it’s fake, and absolutely unprofessional.

If I could give less than 1 star

If I could give less than 1 star, I would do it! This is kind of a bait and switch experience. I thought I had signed up for a $1 trial offer, when suddenly my bank account was charged $48!
The website has a form for a refund request, but they ask for information such as a subscription number which is nowhere to be found!
I emailed customer service, and received unsatisfactory “service”. Cancelling is extremely difficult because it’s so hard to log in.
Do not fall for this scam! They will take your money, and give you incomplete information, and poor customer service.

AI Scam and financial theft

This is a ultimate scam to loot people's money.Firstly they are offering ethnicity and ancestry analysis by analysing our images. But is a scam - i uploaded 2 times and i got 2 different ancestry analysis one says am from mesopotamia and another says am from north india and Pakistan😅 -just said to inform its non reliable and just a AI buzz. Then the ultimate thing is they set-up their website as a complete trap.It will confuse and mislead people to subscribe their products without knowingly, but it's not cheating its only a dark tactics they are playing with common people and they are proud about it.Then if we are goes for unsubscribe or cancel them by overcoming their filthy tricks, they again trap us,we will not receive any confirmation mails or anything to show as a record and we think it's over and cancelled, but behind the scene they robb our bank account.I tied their service for 2 dollars and i understand its nothing valuable and try to cancel and i canceled but I didn't received any mails.I thought its over but they charged me 2 times without knowingly $14.99+24.99 ($40 almost). So if you want to know about real ancestry stuffs please goes to legitimate organisations not to this scams if you want just lose your money you are welcome

THIS IS A SCAM.

THIS IS A SCAM.. My experience was the same as others here. They signed me up for supposedly purchase of a single item, and then said it was for ongoing payments. I repeatedly asked them to unsubscribe me, but they told me to download their app. When I said I was not doing that they sent me to a website which I left immediately as it looked like pfishing.

A couple of days later they tried an £18 deduction, which Barclaycard blocked, but did deduct a further £4. After talking to Barclaycard I blocked any payments to this firm, and they are pursuing a refund.

Scam!

I tried to pay but got that my payment did not go through. Alright. But actually they not only charged me the 5 dollars for the DNA match but also around 45 dollars for something I have no idea what is. My bank could not help and asked to contact them for refund. So I go to the homepage and find a button called "ask for refund" and guess what. That page does not load. So 50 dollars down the drain for nothing.
