5 star Origani Product Review

I was stopped by the lovely Ash in the Northwest mall yesterday and she was absolutely lovely. Very informative with the Origani products and recommended suitable products for my skin type. She noticed I had eczema and noted that the ingredients in the Manuia honey peel and the cleanser are both eczema friendly. Ash provided examples on my hands and my face of how the Origani products work and what it’ll do for my skin.

I was amazed at how much dead skin I had on my face and hands when the Manuka honey peel was applied. After Ash washed it off and applied the cleanser and lotion my skin felt so soft, hydrated clean and smooth!

I was convinced and just had to buy the trio: Manuka honey peel, cleanser and lotion. All thanks to Ash, she was very insightful about the products and overall very friendly and supportive. Thank you so much Ash for being amazing, I finally have a proper skin
care routine thanks to you.

ORIGANI As A Skin Care Range & Specialist Who Assisted

I brought the whole skin care routine of the Origani Erda.

What a beautiful skin care range, ingredients & the way it feels on my skin 100% amazing leaving so elegant & luxurious.

Also smells divine, no chemical after smell, not like my old skin care range.

How didn’t I find this Company years ago, the main thing is I found it now!!

I happen to live in Robina not 5 minutes away from Robina Town Centre & I was walking past as I was running some errands & was greeted by this charming young man. His smile alone could’ve drawn you in.

This Origani employees name was Charlie.

Charlie thank you for your professionalism, honesty, kindness & the dedication to take the time to explain the knowledge behind the Origani Skin Care Range I don’t know how long Charlie has been with the Origani Company, I would assume quite a few year as I Charlie was so so knowledgeable outstanding Charlie 10/10 !!!

Charlie & the results in just that small time I’m lost for words, the demonstration from the right hand to the left hand spoke volumes to me & most important Charlie made me feel very comfortable. I even want back & brought more of the Origani Skin Care Range.

I recommend both female & male give it a real go you won’t be disappointed, I have also purchased the eye device with the red & blue light so excited.

I will definitely be back to give you all an update.

Again thank you Charlie, Origani would be honoured to have you as an ambassador for there company.

Im already using Origani serum for…

Im already using Origani serum for years and I have a clear and glowing skin with minimal fine lines.
I run out of stock so I tried other brands but my regret, my skin moisture and glass skin effect doesnt last all day and got pimple bump in three days of use.
Im still staying with Origani-never compromise. Got my new stock few days a go.

If there was a no star for a review

If there was a no star for a review, I would do that. Long story short, I purchased a product from Sylvia Park store after having some testers on my face. When I got home, I noticed I’d had a reaction on my face. Took the product, free gifts and voucher back to store the next day to be basically looked at like I was lying and I needed a med cert to prove it was a reaction. I contacted customer services on the email address provided and still have not heard anything in over 2 weeks! Phone number on website doesn’t work and no one answers when I call physical shop. I went back last night and even after citing Consumer Protection Act with product not fit for purpose, I was still asked to provide a photo of my reaction. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour from the staff member. I used to work in hospo and no way would I ask someone to take a photo of their vomit if the food had made them sick for proof! I hope by posting here, someone actually replies and does something about this. The products are unopened, undamaged and I have proof of purchase. I wouldn’t expect this staff member to keep $1,300 of product that gives them a reaction so why should he not feel the same?

Origani staff are scammers

The product itself I rated 5 but the salesperson and Managers are the worst people I ever met. Too pushy, befriend you at first, they will provide a lot of discounts and promises. Very convincing tactics. They will treat you like VIP but soon you get the package, they leave you behind clueless on how to use those vouchers, A real socialite scammers. Bad karma will soon granted to those scammers. They are ruinning the reputation of the product just to get sales on thier membership package that it is not worth the money.

Worst purchase i did in my whole life. This is the ultimate budol!

Worst purchase i did in my whole lifetime!!! Worst aftersale experience! I just went there (Origani SM Molino, PH) for a promo facial i've seen online which says P499. When I got there, while having my treatment, the manager/owner Yigal entered the room and insisted that i get a package. I said i can't afford it and i dont have plans of spending more than 100K just for skin care. He went out and returned with boxes and boxes of their products saying he's giving it to me for free. Long story short, because it seems like he's not gonna let me leave without having to sign for anything, i agreed to get the Emerald Package for a "discounted price" and contracted for 3 years. Things they said are included: Facial and Slimming for 2 people for 3 yrs. I was told 1 voucher is good for 2 people (in their brochure also says package is for 2 people). 1 booklet has only 26 vouchers for facial and 10 vouchers for slimming. I was also told that since the booklet was normally only good for 1-2 yrs, that i can go back and ask for additional if in case i ran out since my contract is for 3 yrs. Almost all of those turned out to be not true!!! I am having problems every time i go back for tretament as the staff have different knowledge of the contract/voucher coverage which is really frustrating!!! I escalated my issues with Yigal himself and i ended up being accused of taking advantage of the information i go from his staff?!! What's taking advantage in demanding for the services you were promised??! Yigal then offered to "compensate" me with another booklet but said voucher is just 1 is to 1. Where's the compensation in that? Technically it's just the same! I just said thru sms that i'll just accept the booklet as i dont want to waste any more energy arguing with them and claiming what was promised to me. I just want to finish all the treatment i paid for and be done with them. Honestly, i'd rather get a refund but just thought it would be another long, exhausting battle if i go that route. Not worth my precious time.

Im am not really into sales pitch…

Im am not really into sales pitch however i got curious from a friend who already uses the product for months and her dull skin just transforms differently. I believe on the result of Manuka Honey, and it exceed beyond my expectation. Bought mine online at a discounted price and my skin loves it.

Questionable sales techniques

I was stopped by Sam at Eastlands and he wanted to sell me a cream for 800AUD (which was apparently a discount from 1300!!). He then went down to 400. This kind of sales culture is really not ok with me.... I wonder why the company allows customers to be scammed. This does not make Origani trustworthy ....

I was stopped by a lady at Greenbelt…

I was stopped by a lady at Greenbelt offering samples of cream and they tried it on my hand with a lot of education too. I was vey skeptical and very observant at the beginning. But viola it exfoliate my dead skins, and when a cream was applied it is fast absorbing. My must have skin care this summer is exfoliating manuka honey, a sunblock and loving it.

Refunds....Tassie stall doesn't align with company's Web page regarding refunds

I was stopped in Eastlands shopping centre in Tasmania and Sam gave me a facial. The products seemed good. I asked a few times during my facial how much the products were and he said he needs to make sure the products were helpful for my skin.

Long story short I bought 3 products.

I got the products home and googled the company, mixed reviews on them. I then noticed the recipt for my products said no refunds accepted, yet on the company website it said 7 day returns, no questions asked.
I was put off by this and messaged Origanis fb page straight away, they got back to me and eventually the sales person I dealt with messaged me to say the "no exchanges" written on his receipt was a software glitch. He agreed to a refund, but I could only have a refund if I saw him not his staff on the stall. I couldn't make it down at a time he was there, I eventually managed to have him agree to give his staff permission to refund me. The staff told me they don't do refunds only exchanges and this was not the norm, goes to show it wasn't a printing error "software" glitch.
Integrity is everything. Never again will I deal with this company

Really good experience.

Really good experience.
I visited Aukland last week and went into the store.
The guys are “fairly pushy” as salesmen, but I bought the manuka face peel and numerous other items, which I have to confess I am delighted with. Use was fully explained out to me & they were happy to let me use my existing regime and supplement theirs in.
But I ended up buying a full regime as I was ready for a change and it made sense to get everything to compliment each other.

Only problem was that the products were too big to go in hand luggage to return to The U.K

Product’s bought are excellent and I have “old tired and sensitive “ skin.

Staff were knowledgeable but “clearly were sales driven”.
But for me it all worked and I am delighted.

Exfoliating deadskin

This Manuka Honey peel is good for my oily skin especially im living in the tropics.
Their skin expert said, I'll just be using it for once a week so I think It's worth the price. I'll update my comment soon.

Buyer beware. Scam Alert.

These guys are scam artists who sell poor quality products and employ backpackers on a 1 year holiday Visa who have no worries about misleading customers as long as they get their commision.

They pretend to have "skin specialists" at their pop up stands in the malls but they are just travellers trying to earn a quick buck.

On top of that, they make racist comments to customers. Give these guys a miss if you don't want to pay a lot of money only to damage your skin.

Edit - just had a read through the other reviews. It's pretty obvious that the "owner" replying to all the negative feedback never intends to actually address these problems because they rely on these pushy rude sales tactics to make sales. That's why the same complaints are being made month after month.

Also, some of the 5 star reviews seem pretty suspicious. I wouldn't be suprised if a lot of them are just the travellers themselves putting up fake good reviews. Have a read and see what you think.

Seems like a very simlar company to the "Dead Sea" products sales company that got banned from New Zealand & Australian malls for their pushy tactics and over charging of senior citizens.

The young man Tomer was a very good Salesperson

The young man Tomer was a very good Salesperson. His service was excellent and he demonstrated the infra red machine along with some of the other products and the difference around my eyes was amazing i was very happy to buy frim Tomer as he really look after me. I am looking forward to seeing the difference origani peoducts makes for my skin type. Thank you Tomer, you were amazing
