Scam, thin plastic does not work at all, total waste of money please it’s the biggest scam I’ve ever bought do not buy!!!

How I wish I'd checked reviews before ordering! I was in a hurry & ordered 1 x fan at £59.99 which they said was "50% off" (I also had to pay exorbitant shipping), so you'd expect it to be a good product, right?
When it FINALLY arrived, it was badly packed in plastic so the box was battered. The fan itself was small & made of thin, shoddy plastic - it's not sturdy at all & seemed it would easily break. Having set it up & turned it on, I found it was VERY noisy & did NOT cool the air - in fact, the fan speed was pathetic so absolutely no use even as an ordinary (but vastly overpriced) fan. It really is cheap rubbish, I could keep myself cooler just by moving my head around.
Please don't order this, it's sold by an extremely unscrupulous company who have now just scammed another pensioner. I wonder how they sleep at night.

Company advertises on Youtube. I pay by a third party online platform, the biggest in the world. I order at 11 pm and paid. Two minutes later, I realized made a mistake. I immediately cancelled order and received an automated message. "Sorry too late. Your order has been dispatched. I protest thru the online platform system. I am told that i have to wati for delivery and then ship back. The package arrives wrapped in plastic and very flimsy. I ship back and I don't get full refund. I would not buy from this company as they did not give me a full refund or use this company.

SCAM, products are not working. there is no such cooling just a loud fan (50db and louder) that makes your room humid af so the heat becomes even more unbearable due to rising humidity levels

its scam.... i found it on amazon at 37$ canadian, when i paid 139$ can. and i read all these reviews now... its cheap plastic... it works right on you when its close to you... and the water does last long.... scam... i wont waste my time trying to have a reimbursement, and risking loosing my little plastic thing that still refreshes me a little... but i would certainly NOT buy again...

I ordered 3 of this air conditoners after reading the review. I have been trying to contact them on the 15085016410 as it states they are 24/7 and emailed them. I get this AI email from a person named Victor. These people or company are scammers. I hope they get arrested and get what they deserve! Do NOT purchase these air conditioners.

I ordered 2 units - they sent and charged me for 4. I returned 2 immediately, hand delivered by a courier service to their warehouse. no refund. this is a total scam. very cheeply made. Wouldn't cool a small closet. you will never get your money back. repeat: TOTAL SCAM

Bought direct from Oribreeze, then received email from Amazon offering same product for about third of the price. Oribreeze are adamant that their products are not available from Amazon. Liars, it is. Used twice, can blow harder and cooler myself. Third time of trying doesn’t turn on. No return address. Another scammed pensioner.

Oribreeze is a proper big scam. Their customer service is automated and they send repetitive robot emails, phone number which comes with the crappy fans never answers so literally there is no way to get your money back. Also the five star reviews are probably people who are the inside scammers to fool other people. You can get the same type of water fans for 10 times less on other websites. Don’t buy!

I was Also Scammed After Purchasing 2 “Evaporative Air Cooler’s” in Which are filled with water, The Reviews Stated, “Will Make Your Stifling Hot 🥵 Rooms, transform into COOL AIR from “ARTIC AIR”, Quick and Easy way to Cool Any Space”
With a Built in LED Mood Light, that changes 7 colours.
However, You need to sit Very Close to the Cooler in order to FEEL Anything. IF You turn the lights on the Air Cooler? Blows even Less Air. Since it has been in the 30 degree Celsius all this week, and there is No way too get any Cool Air in My Apartment, I broke Down and Thought I would Open these Purchases I made 3 years ago., which are still in the packaging, but read the Reviews, and realized I had bought a None Effective Air Cooler🙈
I have been Getting the ads for “Oribreeze” so I ALWAYS Check, Every Item, BEFORE I THINK ABOUT PURCHASING it, I go to TRUSTPILOT. I have learned My Lesson, and Have Been Saved Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars, through the Years by Googling Companies, Too Check their Reviews, and Going to TRUSTPILOT.
There seems to be a New SCAM of “AIR COOLER”, Out Each Year. Same Thing, just a Different Name 🤢
If You buy a Large Family Household Fan, You are Far better Off, and Will Save Yourself stress, Heart issues, and A WHOLE of Time, and Money.

They claim 50000kw of cooling which is near impossible
1 kW = 3412.142 BTU/hr
50000kW=170607100 BTU/hr

highly doubtful there buds, plus they come up on scams warning sites.

I agree 100% with the other reviews. This product is pointless, unless you sit with it in front of you you will not feel a breeze, the water doesn’t last long and all in all it’s a waste of time and money. It took three phone calls and several emails before I could get a return address out of the company. I was given a UK address but had to pay for the postage.they did say that I could keep the product and have a 50% refund but I declined Do not buy this product. I was told that I would receive a refund in approximately five days so I’ll wait and see

The unit is just an evaporator and does not pump out icy cold air. Google and Amazon are parties to fraud when they knowingly promote the sale of these useless devices in return for advertising revenue. Shame!

Under the impression of the scathing references to the product, I cancelled my order while the goods were being dispatched. Customer service responded immediately. The purchase price was refunded without deduction.
Fair enough, five stars for customer service.

Oribreeze…..absolute scam. I ordered this product via Amazon which made me think it might be safe to purchase if Amazon have it on their site. I was WRONG!!
It arrived from China in a bashed up box. The plastic has black marks over it and the very small button at the front was broken off. Instructions are useless. What a SCAM!!!! It’s going to cost me £20 to return it! I probably won’t ever see the money I paid for this either so I’m cutting my losses. Shame on Amazon for advertising it!!!!

This company appears to have scammed me out of around $150 that I paid for two of its air coolers. After receiving the product and finding out it does not work as promised I contacted the company about a return. I spoke to two different “customer service “ individuals and was give two different addresses to return the product to for a refund, both in Houston Tx. I mailed the product back on June 21 and since I had not heard anything from them about receipt I used my usps tracking number to find out that delivery of the product was refused. Now I can’t reach anyone in customer service ( go figure). Do NOT spend your money on this product!

It isn't an AC, just a fan, and of low quality for that.

Please don't waste your money on this product? First of all, it is VERY FLIMSY, and not worth the $81.88 that I paid! As soon as I opened the package, the front piece was LOOSE and very FLIMSY. You have to fill it with water and WAIT and it doesn't cool. This is such a rip off! The customer service is TERRIBLE. I have sent numerous emails to request a return. No one will answer my emails. I also called their number and it is a recording asking the consumer to contact them VIA EMAIL. So there is NO ONE AVAILABLE to help. I believe this is a scam!!!

This thing is a piece of absolute crap. And that’s not the word I wanted to use.
Nothing but design left and right. The lid for water fell into the water. The vent across the front doesn’t fit. The first time I plugged it in, it took about an hour to start working and now it doesn’t work at all.
I fell for the story a out the high school kid who invented this. It’s a total waste of money. I’m SO incredibly disappointed and angry.
