It’s a scam ,the site is set up so you end up with more then you want and when you let them know that something is wrong you get a answers, sorry sent with in five minutes of order, so can’t refund what a load rubbish and yes it’s not Australian as advertised it’s American so cost lost more , def don’t buy or even open their web site you will get trapped like I did paying near three hundred dollars for order I didn’t want,

I ordered one portable air conditioner unit was lead to believe the transaction was in Aussie dollars. Get the order confirmation and their are three units ordered and I am being billed hundreds of dollars, price I thought I was paying was 59.99.
I sent an email to cancel the order within 15mins of placing the order, was told that the order could not be cancelled, but I could return the units once I get them, at my expense, several emails went back and forth, don't think they are real people, just automated response.
Started with a case via PayPal and emailed them at a different email address and suddenly they can cancel the order and as the money hadn't gone from my account yet no loss.
Stay away from this company, I believe it is a scam

If I could give a zero I would. Scam, made out that the order was in Australia then converted to USD at check out and added extra warranty fee without asking. I requested to cancel the order within 10 minutes and they say the order had already been dispatched and the cancellation wasn't possible. The order has cost twice what I expected and the fact they say they can't cancel is a rip off. The customer service was initially automated the seemily human, neither was helpful. Really unhappy

Update, I contacted them through PayPal and miraculously got a refund. Be wary of this company

Got one of these last year there was something wrong with there billing and I was billed 5 times spoke to someone about it that day and was told to wait till the product arrives and can sort it then. I rang them and spoke to someone about it and although the conversation was noted because it was after a month before I received them she was only willing to give me 50% back.So I had 5 useless products do not buy they do not cool anything water just falls through the filter is just a bit of cardboard scam scam scam beware

Rubbish product. Took ages to arrive and I was shocked at the poor quality when it did arrive. It is a very basic fan with an absorbent insert of blotting paper. It leaked water and is noisy, plus, it’s no better than the most basic of fans. SCAM! Avoid the smart marketing and AVOID this !!

Total scam, had me out of loads of money! Ordered 4 instead of 1 (misleading website) & added on warranty. Tried ringing customer service no reply, emailed and bullshit reply and stuck with 4 poor quality air conditioners.

The company is a scam and the product is worse than useless. It is made of the cheapest material. Mine only worked for 3minutes as the operating button got stuck. I am sorry I was taken in but in the end it is this company and country that produces this rubbish that will suffer as I will never buy anything from them again. Needless to say I will express my view with all those I get in contact or meet.

Total scam. Just like many other reviews I was sucked in and ordered 3. Took ages to arrive after many emails. On arrival they are so flimsy and cheap. I feel violated and gutted that I was sucked in to buy this utter rubbish from my pension pot. Please don’t order from these scammers.

This Company is beyond a joke its definietly a Pantomime, Take the money on the day of order but have to wait 21 days for it to be delivered and stil no delivery, complain and get fobbed off that its very busy and will soon be delivered . Do not Trust this Company

This must the same product under a different name, AiraBreeze, located in Lithuania, and is a true winner with a 98% NEGATIVE rating.
And the Company and its representations do not even respond these complaints.

Worst experience with any retailer bought 4 opened 1 package item was ineffective returned all for promised refund even had to drive to US from Canada to do this paid out of pocket for return and now my file is closed No refund! $0

Absolutely don't buy anything from this company. The product is not working and I've been trying for the last 3 months to get a refund, which I haven't got yet.

DONT BUY FROM THEM…
They are scammers, l emailed them twice 5 mins after the PayPay went through to cancel my order as they made 2 orders go through and now l have paid for 3 of these air conditioners that l don’t want. Exactly, 1hr later they sent me a confirmation email that my order was packaged and ready to be sent out, now this was after l sent the 3rd email to STOP DELIVERY, AND REFUND PLEASE… I have opened a case with PayPal and sent them all the detail with evidence of my emails and times. I always do research, and the one time l don’t and this has happened.

I have just ordered 3 instead of 1 (misleading webpage) and they have also added extended warranty which I didn't ask for. Their email confirmation was almost immediate saying that the items are awaiting courier collection. I emailed them straight away asking them not to send the items as I only want 1 and I certainly do not want warranty. I await to hear what happens next. I will update as and when.......

UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE - not only do I think I'm going to receive a rubbish product I got caught with the extened warranty £9.99 which I never notice until paypal had made the payment. Contacted Oribreeeze (Commerce Core UAB) within minutes requested a refund. Initially they ignored my request and within minutes stated the item had been shipped and would offer me an extension to the extended warranty that I don't want.

UPDATE - 2 day later after posting this review they repaid the extended warranty.

I would give this product zero stars we bought 4 of them, tried one and it was junk.
We have been trying to reach them to return but cannot get a hold of them by email or phone.
Do not buy this disappointing product.expensive garbage.

I had a similar experience to Stephen Davies. I realized I made a mistake, and immediately cancelled the order only to receive an automated message:
"Sorry too late. Your order has been dispatched." I protested thru their online support system and was told that I had to wait for delivery and then ship back.
The package arrived and I decided to open it.
The unit is very flimsy. Design is also poor. You need to poor water through a tiny hole at the top so it falls all the way through the unit to collect in the bottom reservoir. However, the electronics that operate the unit are NOT properly insulated from water. You get them wet, the unit is done (I opened mine up afterwards to find this out). I got one use out of mine before it was trash. As well, the unit uses this wicking material to draw water. They get moldy. Do you want moldy air being blown towards you? Yuck.

If you want a slight movement in the air, this is the product for you. It will not cool you or the room, with or without the water *eyeroll* If I had only read the reviews. Fool me once, shame on me.
