This company is top notch. Very professionally run and very careful about customer care and satisfaction. Their oils and nebulizers are high quality, and if you do have a problem, they go to extraordinary lengths to rectify it. Even their packaging is above the normal, so your items arrive in pristine shape. They are very interested in personally making sure you have exactly what you need.

Just received my fifth nebulizer. Yes, you read correctly, five. They have excellent nebulizers! But there is one problem... The customer service is good but slow. And nothing for nothing, but they verbally promised me two testers with this last order and I only got the one that comes with the nebulizer.

Beautifully made and simply elegant. I just received my diffuser and love it! After scouring reviews and pros/cons of various essential oil diffusers, I decided to spend the extra money for a nebulizing oil diffuser and landed on Organic Aromas. It’s super quiet and powerful. I highly recommend this brand.

I have enjoyed my Organic Aromas Nebulising Diffuser for almost a year. Recently I took out a spare reservoir I had purchased at the same time but had not yet used. On discovering it did not seem to be able to draw up the oils, I contacted Organic Aromas to see if they MIGHT possibly do something about this faulty glass reservoir. I was contacted immediately by Diana, who assured me that they were there to help me, and they would be sending me a replacement, at no extra cost whatsoever, straight away! An even better outcome was to be found when I gave the new reservoir a thorough soak, I discover that the tiny blockage had disappeared, no replacement was needed. Which is testimony to the genuine quality of the components. Diana very kindly offered me a great deal on future reservoirs, and is sending me out a complementary oil! Talk about a company that stands behind their products! Not only are they the best diffusers in the world, they have such gracious and generous customer service also. Diana was fabulous to deal with, she happily answered all my questions, offering great suggestions, sent me across some instructional videos, and was thoroughly a delight to deal with, nothing was too much effort for her. i am left feeling blessed, as well as excited to receive my new order and accompanying surprise oil! Thanks Diana, and Thanks Organic Aromas.

Outstanding item. I love it

I purchased the Opulence nebulizer after owning many diffusers and there is no turning back. Pure oil, no water, what a difference! I also purchased the Awaken and Inspire Oil blend kits and could not be happier with the quality and variety of these blends. I have received excellent customer service. Highly recommend this company.

This company is marketing oils for cats that are toxic they will kill these animals

Excellent product! I’m happy so far

This is a mixed review based on purchasing two diffusers. My first diffuser (the Raindrop) is working well, albeit it is only approximately 6 weeks old. Being pleased with my first purchase I bought a second diffuser (Radiance) from Amazon, and additional reservoirs and the stand directly from the company. The second diffuser was faulty, and despite receiving assurances that a replacement base would be sent, I have had to chase the company about the outstanding replacement. Although other people have waxed lyrical about the good customer support of this company, my experience was disappointingly poor. I have reported the company to Amazon and Amazon immediately offered a refund of the price of the second diffuser. I am now left with one diffuser and three additional reservoirs! Organic Aromas you need to improve how you deal with customers if you want to continue to build your client base.

Ordered the Raindrop diffuser and have been using it for about 10 days. Excellent, beautiful product -- I was amazed at how carefully and beautifully it was packaged. Each component was carefully secured in thick foam compartments within the box, and the wood base was placed in a velvet bag! A small sample of the "Morning Bloom" blend was included, and this blend is just heavenly and far surpasses blends I have purchased from other companies. Such careful attention to detail and customer satisfaction made an excellent first impression on me.

Because of my very positive experience with the diffuser and sample oil blend, I subsequently ordered this company's "Discovery Collection" and can't wait to try the oils!

Some of the 4-star reviews of the nebulizers expressed disappointment in the amount of oil the nebulizer uses compared with what the less expensive ultrasonic diffusers use, but this drawback is made abundantly clear not only on the company's Web site but also in every bit of research I did before purchasing a nebulizer diffuser. The trade-off is that the nebulizer diffuses a much more concentrated oil for a much shorter period of time because you're not diluting the oil in water. This diffuser is much more than an air freshener; it delivers the full therapeutic benefits of each essential oil as well as its heavenly aroma, which lingers long after you turn off the diffuser.

This company also has excellent customer support, responding to emails within hours.

I love this companies responses to their customers needs, they are fast efficient and through! I'm going to be doing a lot more business with them in the future!
