I haven’t gotten my products yet but I’m giving them 5 stars. I ordered the raindrop nebulizer and I had a coupon code to get two free oils. I thought these oils were randomly selected. Turns out the day after I placed my order they called me to ask which oils I preferred! What other company would CALL you to ask you what you wanted for free. Most would probably just write it off since I didn’t make a selection. They were super nice on the phone and I will definitely be ordering again! Thank you for being so kind! Excellent customer service!!

I have looked around for a while a beautiful diffuser and found it. It’s not only beautiful to look at but has the most amazing scents to choose from. I live in Australia and could not fault the customer service. This company is Amazing to deal with and so happy with my choice of diffuser. I ordered 3 diffusers. I opened the box was shocked at the quality and how beautiful they were. I ran them last night and again am in shock at the difference in the aroma compared to a water diffuser. I will never go back to the water diffuser. I love organic aromas. GREAT customer service.

My whole experience dealing with Organic Aromas has been exceptional. So much so, that despite them making a mistake with my order, it was rectified on live chat immediately. I bought the new Opulence diffuser, and it is a work of art. You can actually see it working, and how it turns the oil into nano particles. Now, you would think your oils would run out quickly as you are using them without water, but it actually takes a good while to diffuse a tiny amount (20 drops or so), oh yea, and the smell of their blends are incredible. I'm already eyeing up another nebuliser.

This is my 2nd waterless diffuser, but my first nebulizing diffuser from Organic Aromas, this is so amazing, the aroma is so potent. i just add a few drops on its first night of use and i really love it. great purchase, great people behind this, awesome customer service.

This is awesome! Best diffuser I have ever used. The oil smells exactly like the bottle. Will definitely buy another for the rest of the rooms.
