Best value for money treadmill – great for home use, with some limitations
I’ve been using this treadmill at home for about two months now, and overall I’m quite satisfied with it. It’s a great option to stay active, especially during bad weather when going outside isn’t ideal.
It’s compact, which makes it very convenient for home use, but it’s not comparable to a gym treadmill. I’m 1.61 m tall, and even for me the running surface feels a bit short. I usually use it at 6 to max 7 km/h. Running isn’t really possible, as my stride becomes too long and my feet reach the end of the belt.
For taller people, I would only recommend it for slow walking (don't expect to run on it).
The noise level is acceptable, but it’s not completely silent. The incline function is useful, although it feels closer to 6% rather than the advertised 9%.
What I like the most is the flexibility: you can use it with or without the handlebar. I use it both for daily workouts and under my desk while working. In that case, it works well up to about 2 km/h, which is perfect for staying lightly active during the day.
Overall, considering the price, it offers very good value for money.
