Been with Orderly Meds for about a year. Everything goes well when
all you need to do is reorder. When I transitioned from semaglutide to Tirzepatide it all went down hill. I got an allergic reaction with hives on parts of my body, I notified them and it took 4 days for them to get back with me (They refer you to the portal on the app) I finally got tired of waiting so I called customer support. The person on the phone sounded like they just woke up and someone kept coughing in the background. She couldn’t answer my question because it was a medical question. So, she referred me back to the portal. I waited another 4 days for medical to get back with me. When Dr. Adam did, it’s as if he didn’t read my message correctly. So I had to resend it again, waited 3 more days, Dr. Adam apologized and now said they can’t even prescribe me semaglutide as I might be allergic to that too. I’ve been on it for a year, no issues. So they basically said that I had to get cleared by my physician if I want semaglutide again and not to try Tirzepatide, when that’s the whole reason for me getting in touch with them is because I already tried Tirzepatide and I got hives! My physician wants the ingredients for both prescriptions. I messaged them back, and now I don’t trust they gave me the right ingredients. Plus they only gave me active ingredients, I need active and inactive ingredients. I messaged them back and now it’s been 5 days and nothing, no guidance. And to top it off, the system keeps sending “time to check in for my next dose” notifications. Is their system not updated with my latest info? Plus, I feel they transitioned me to Tirzepatide on too high of a dose. I was on a high dose of semaglutide, but everything I’ve read after all this mess says they should’ve started me at 2.5 or 5mg. They started me at 7.5mg. Is that why I got hives? Was the dose was too much for my body? So I would not recommend them at all.

They sent me expired tirzepitide and added a sheet that said it can be used beyond the BUD date. The medication didn't work, and my food noise returned. The company would not send me an updated prescription and refused a refund. I left them, and when I recently considered returning, the customer support person was lovely and empathetic. I guess now that the shortage is over, they are no longer selling expired medication, but they are not trustworthy.

I had a frustrating experience with Orderly Meds during what should have been a simple refill process. After completing my check-in, the system repeatedly attempted to charge an outdated card on file, and there was no way for me to update my payment information through the portal.
After a week of going back and forth, this morning I spent over an hour on the phone across multiple calls and was told the issue had been escalated, but there was no follow-up. The escalation team continued trying to charge the same declined card without resolving the underlying issue.
To their credit, once I pushed for cancellation, the escalation team did process it. However, the lack of a functional billing system and inability to update payment information made it impossible to continue care.
This experience ultimately forced me to switch providers, which was disappointing after having started treatment with them. I would recommend improving billing functionality and communication to prevent similar issues for other patients.

I love that they check in every week. If you have questions they are available and I get great information from the support staff. I feel great on the medication. I have lost 16lbs. I have 15lbs to go. It’s the best thing I have done for myself. My daughter is using another company and has no support she just orders her meds every month. She has lost 50lbs in 10 months; however , I love the support.

I had a very hard time finding a new physician,as mine moved to another country. I then found an online pharmacy who asked just the right questions and with that,diagnosed my health plan with advisories and even samples of each ! No one else does that and in a safe environment where there are trustworthy doctors and or medication where we consumers can not be given any treatment without a prescription.

I just received my first order. I started with the extreme low does..25 Of GLP weight loss. I have been on the name brand 3 years ago and lost 30 pounds but Blue Cross stopped covering it- and it ruined everything I accomplished -the weight came back on . My daughter actually told me about this company- she has been on the medication for 6 months and lost 30 pounds. That was how long it took me on ozempic. So the price is comfortable for me since I am on Social Security. Getting the med is about 2 weeks. It comes in a cold pack box- Perfect-Lots of needles and alcohol pads.I m thrilled .. I do not expect any weight loss for the first month- that was how it was on Ozempic. You just have to let the medication settle into your system Expect about 1/2 pound- 1 pound a week later. That is safe weight loss and it does take time. .
